I absolutely LOVE this store. In fact, I specifically have to make sure I visit the surrounding stores (Hallmark, Giant Eagle, Massage Envy, Emporio) either during the last ten minutes they are open, with the husband (so as to control the spending) or when the shop is closed, or else I am likely to spend an hour and upwards of a hundred dollars here. The staff is always extremely friendly, the store is always very clean and well presented, and the goods are unique, and in my opinion, always well made. I frequent this shop the most when I need presents for others, but I don't think I've ever left without just a little something for myself. On two separate occasions I have run in before attending an event that I needed a present for, as always, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. On both occasions I was sweating, clearly in a rush, and told the associate where I was headed, what sort of gift I was looking for, and my price range. Both times I had whomever was available (not just the single sales associate who originally asked) assist me in picking out amazing gifts, put in free gift wrapped bags (beautiful arranged), and efficiently checked out. I ordered a gorgeous cross for my neice's baptism, which needed custom engagement. Sure to my own fault it was not going to be ready on time. The amazing clerk offered me the cross that was in display with a different name to present to my sister until my order was completed (estimated time of two weeks). Not wanting to take away the only display item, she allowed me to simply take a picture. They actually put a rush on my order and the cross was done within 3 days! Many handmade, locally-sourced items sold here, which is a great support to small businesses and gifted artisans in our own backyard. A lot of BEAUTIFUL, quality made baby items and jewelery for every style. At one point they had a "build your own succulent bar” which was just awesome and actually much more affordable than any already built succulent displays. Unfortunately, this must not have been popular enough as it is no longer offered. You can also find a lot of charming Pittsburgh related gifts and decor here. In addition to clothes, pillows, wall art, scarves, cards, funny gifts, and much more. While they do not have a reward program for frequent shoppers, they do participate in local business day events, as well as many occasions where there is a small store-wide sale or a free giveaway to the first x amount of customers during open houses. The only reason this was not a five star review is through no fault of the store -- just the nature of being a quality boutique: some items are priced higher than I can afford- mostly those made by local artists who I'm sure need to make a certain amount of money and also need to have a percentage go to the store. I also wish the hours were slightly extended (though my wallet thanks the early close time!) And, this is both a positive and a negative, the products are constantly changing. If I wish to buy something again, I may be unable to find it next time I walk in. 4.75 stars if possible....

I enjoy coming here as my mom always asks for stuff from the shop, but a lot of times I go just to get ideas and make the product myself for one fourth the cost.
It gets four stars because the products are very nice and the shop is always clean... Losing one star for incredible price for just average quality products (ie not going to last 10 years and/or...
