Purchased a sofa and love seat from here and successfully paid it off through the same-as-cash option. Figured I’d go back to get another piece of furniture which was an obvious mistake!!

For the additional purchase I enrolled in the same-as-cash option once again. However, when it was time to purchase the chair in cash, I wasn’t able to make it into the store. Being that my payments were being processed electronically through text message, I attempted to pay the remaining balance electronically. After reaching out to the company to inquire about making the payment over the phone, I was completely ignored!! The next message I received was in regards to extending my payments to the full term which would cause me to pay over $1,000 extra when I literally had the money and tried to pay it off.. In addition, the company overcharged me and then tried to say that my payment was late. I was promised a refund over a month ago being that the information was incorrect and I still haven’t received anything. I would not recommend this company being that they can not be trusted and every wrong doing comes with the excuse that they have switched management.. I’m over it and will never return to this place...

I have ALWAYS had the best experiences with Happy's in St. Pete! The staff are friendly and so assisting. This year has been stressful for all of us, and to have a company that understands and works with you means the pressure is lessened in that area. Yes, they are a business and they provide a service but they work with their patrons being straight forward with you. Mr. Bill the manager of the 62nd Avenue location has an efficient and courteous team. I've been assisted by the Pinellas Park location and found their staff to be just as accommodating. I continue to do business with Happy's because I have purchased quality products for my home at a reasonable price for my budget and this option has worked for me.
