We just had to write a review about our experience with Leaders Furniture. We recently purchased a rattan loveseat, recliner, foot stools, and decorative pillows from them, and we are over the moon with our purchase!

The quality and craftsmanship of the furniture are just exceptional. We love the attention to detail in the design, and the comfort level is just unbeatable. Our favorite part is how versatile the foot stools and pillows are. We never thought we would be able to use them as casual seating, but they work perfectly.

The entire process of purchasing and shipping was so smooth and easy. We really appreciated the clear communication and how quickly our items arrived. When they did arrive, they were in perfect condition, and we could tell that they had been packaged with care.

We have to give a special shout-out to Sally Marucci. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the selection process, and her expertise really made a difference in the final outcome.

Overall, we are just thrilled with our experience with Leaders Furniture. We can't wait to enjoy our new pieces for years to come. Thank you, Sally and Leaders Furniture, for making our dream island-themed porch with tiki bar come to life!

I bought a rattan dining set from Leaders distribution center. One of the chairs had a small defect on the arm chair. One of the ties on the cushion wasn't sewn it onto the cushion correctly. I took pictures and emailed them to Kerrie. She immediately replied back and told me their claim representative would contact me. Next day, Cameryn Gosen contacted me for additional information. After a few days, Cameryn emailed and said they would order another cushion and ship a replacement bucket chair to me when the replacement cushion was complete and ready for shipment. At that time, I realized the bucket chair had no chair base and I would need to disassemble my existing chair. I immediately contacted Cameryn and let her know that I am not handy enough to assemble the bucket chair and base and asked if he could ship an assembled chair to me and I will pay for the difference. Cameryn replied back and said they understand my situation and would ship a complete assemble chair to me without charge. Ordering a complete dinette set online, over a thousand miles away, was a first for us—and our Leader’s person, Sally Marucci, deserves a thousand gold stars for making it a stress-free, incredibly positive experience! Before ordering, I messaged online about the fabric, and Sally promptly answered all my questions. She also really helped me after ordering, when I decided to upgrade to the carved glass tabletop but wasn’t sure which style to choose. The Jamaica Rattan whitewash set with the Tiki Time Parrot cushions is gorgeous and so well made, and the 48” carved Fiji glass tabletop is lovely! Sally coordinated everything and went above and beyond, always wonderfully personable, and she proactively emailed or called whenever there was an update. Leader’s shipper was terrific, too, even redelivering our set when we had to cancel due to a storm. I am amazed that a long-distance purchase like this could end up feeling like one was working with friends. Thank you, Sally!
