Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Largo

This was by far the worst place as far as service goes ..sure fun for kids activity wise but the staff sucked teen staff behind food counter using profanity infront of children and for somewhere that charges as much as this place does the customer service shouldnt be an issue i ordered 2 loaded fries waited 45 minutes people who paid after me recieved their fries before we did I asked for the manager after approaching staff 4 different times about my order with no results or answers other than its taking more time orginally promised to be done within15-20 mins at the latest and when speaking with the GM of the location about the scenario and how we felt i asked if it be possible to be compensated with 2 small icee drinks with our loaded fries since we waited for so long and were also skipped over I was met with a nasty rude attitude and just the offer of a refund for the order without the loaded fries included. when I asked whom I could file a complaint with someone above her station like the owners she proceeded to say her family members are the owners of this place there is Noone else to complain to above her (shes wrong by the way there is the BBB and the franchise itself) worst customer service experience I won't ever return to this location after how I was treated so rudly as if I had no right to complain in the first place 😑 😒 im person of color and so was my boyfriend she made it seem like we were just wanting to free load when any other establishment that had made a customer wait that long and been skipped over by staff and told again we'd have to just wait would've been happy to throw the two simple drinks in as an apology its called customer relations! To make matters worst it was my boyfriends daughters birthday which is why we were there was to celebrate we all contributed towards the total for the birthday party but staff upon arrival were not organized whatsoever and didn't have the best attitude they acted annoyed trying to organize waivers, wrist bands and payment for the party. The agreed upon times for the actual birthday cake and food in a private room/area were not adhered to they were pushed back because they aren't organized this place is a joke for what you pay out of pocket you don't get the experience you deserve please dont waste your time or money go somewhere that staff members and especially management care about your experience and treat you with respect...

I can start off by saying that I do like this place and my only disagreement usually is the high price and the expensive socks however I was really excited when I got a promotion for adult night which was supposed to be 2 hours were only adults are allowed. It was supposed to be only $20 and includes socks. I got so excited that I invited a bunch of my friends and waited 3 weeks for this. 3 to 5 days before the events I got another notification in the form of of an ad on Facebook reminding me to go. When I showed up it wasn't 10:00 yet which is one adult night was supposed to start so I waited until 10:00. Been at 10:00 p.m. they had us fill out this waiver. And it was only after everyone in my group filled out the waiver and we came to the ticket booth that they tried to charge us $50 each 41.00 for the entrance and $8 for the socks. I told them that it was supposed to be 20 and they told me that adult night was canceled because the manager did not want to "close up for only five peope". So not only were kids still allowed inside which I don't really have a problem with but they did not honor the price for the adults that came for the event. Our entire group left and went to go do something else. However the Saturday night that I had been planning for weeks. And have been wanting to go to for months was a bust. I honestly like this place BUT had quite a bad experience. I feel they (skyzone and their employees) should have more control over the dodgeball area. I understand with any sport there is always a risk or chance of getting hurt. However there should be no reason why young adults being ages 16 to 18 should be allowed to target 9 year old children and beam them in the face. I myself had to break up 2 separate incidents with young children fighting each other. Please hire staff that actually can manage to control an area they are designated to, not stand around and talk amongst one another being completely oblivious to what is going on. There were no adults around for the 2 separate incidents of children fighting. Luckily, I was there to stop those without fists being thrown and I was able to defuse those situations without escalating any further. But I'm still livid my son was pelted in the face by a almost grown man (looked to be 18ish) by a dodgeball being thrown like a pitch from the world series. My son did not receive an apology nor did anything come of it. I understand I should have reported it but I was to livid to speak to anyone as I wanted to return the favor to the almost grown man that was allowed to enter the dodgeball area while young kids were playing and proceed to head hunt little children. We have been here many times and often have good experiences but this trip was enough for me to not spend another dime in this...
