Unprofessional -Unfriendly Environment - Walked in. No one said anything even tho they knew I was there standing at the counter. ..they just kept walking pass me ...so I won't be purchasing or supporting this local business....

Five staff members and not one greeted anyone so stop the nonsense ..Especially the lady microwaving the hotdogs..must have a chip on your shoulder...the older balding male same deal ..ignoring a paying customer... I didn't even stay to order I just walked right out .. told a few neighbors about it and they opted to not go there either so your loss not ours

(Response )- I could be a Pilot - Astronaut - a Delivery Driver but at the end of it all I'm also a customer and you FAILED MISERABLY at providing friendly and adequate service.,so it's not about catering to me it's more about how you Don't KNOW how to run a business. I went to this place instead and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a BIG HELLO and smiles... I said to them wow your way better than the guys down on 66th st . There service was incredible and food was out of this world ..Now I found a place I'll support- Last picture

GREAT FOOD- GREAT SERVICE...

No customer service. I order a Chicago beef and it nearly had no meat. $7.30 later plus drink and chips came $10 something. Owner (I assume) gave me an excuse of how they sometimes get sent big hoagie buns than usual. He then said "therefore.... you know". He took a phone call mid conversation and then Instead of finishing our conversation when he was finished, he ate some of his own food at a table. So still being hungry I try to order more food (Chicago dog) from a different lady at the register. just to be overlooked by a customer behind me. I told her the exact same thing on how I was so disappointed in the amount of beef that was non existent practically. No response from her. In fact she looked like I was I inconvincing her. I should have walked out then. All in all I spent $14 on my lunch break just to leave in a bad mood and no one there cared. First time customer and I will NOT be coming back. I'm from Chicago and this place is a wannabe hot dog stand. Very dissapointed all in all but mostly because I felt ignored...

Don't bother ordering from here. They use Publix potato salad. Grocery store kosher spears from a jar. Pastrami was dried out. Ordered Swiss and got American cheese plus no mustard. Just go to the Publix Deli and order a pastrami sandwich from there. You'll get 4 times the meat that also tastes 10 times better and get your sandwich made correctly. Buying the pickles and potato salad will taste the same and everything will be cheaper too. My sister said her hotdog was okay.

First, unless your website is completely wrong, yes I ordered from Chicago Deli & Coney Dogs. Second, I ordered my pastrami sandwich on rye with Swiss, brown mustard, and onion. I received a pastrami sandwich on rye with American, onions, and pickles. Third, potato salad tasted like Publix's Southern Style potato salad and 'hand sliced pickles' looked and tasted just like kosher spears right off the grocery...
