Extremely disheartened! Summer camp parents beware! Zero supervision. Unfortunately, this place & it's staff have gone downhill. On our previous visit, I witnessed a staff member sleeping in the corner of the "under 48 inches" area. I also saw several staff members leaning up against the wall, looking down at their phones. Today, I asked a staff member to retrieve the basketballs that had fallen over the railing (prior to us being there.) I even offered to retrieve them myself! He simply said, "no," & proceeded to stand there & do nothing. He had a radio, but didn't even call for help. Then, another parent questioned why there were no basketballs. I told them it was because the staff member wouldn't retrieve them. This parent went to ask for help & received the same response, until another staff member overheard & jumped in to help retrieve the basketballs. WOW! At least there was ONE employee who took the initiative. The other guy apparently thought we were curing cancer or something. Retrieving basketballs is so difficult. Phew - faith restored, but only for a bit. My son had been patiently waiting for a basketball for some time now. When the staff member retrieved both basketballs, my son put his hands out in a catching position. The staff member tossed one ball to another kid & then took the other ball with him while looking at my son, shaking his head, & saying, "No." I went to the front desk to see what the problem was with the basketballs & why the staff members were so rude. Apparently this staff member was "disinfecting" said ball. It would have been easier to say that in the first place & not be rude to my son. Maybe they should lower their outrageous prices if they are going to hire mediocre workers who can't communicate with the public.

Dodgeball: I want to preface by saying that I'm not one of those moms that goes boo-hooing when my kids get slammed in the face with a dodgeball. I tell my kids that they assume the risk when they play. HOWEVER, my feelings change when the staff members are so completely inattentive that ZERO rules apply and/or are enforced, and they continue to allow the same punk kid to whip dodgeballs at children's faces. It's just a free-for-all, with little kids in there too. Safety is NOT a priority here. My youngest got slammed in the face with a dodgeball by the kid who was whipping balls at everyone's faces. Next thing I know, the same kid whips the ball at my oldest son's face extremely hard. Now my oldest comes out crying, which was shocking to me because he only cries when he's really hurt. Both kids are now sobbing & saying they can't feel their faces. Now I'm upset, but I glance at the posted rules to make sure I understand the game. Sure enough, one of the rules says, "No hitting others in the face." I approach the staff member, who had been staring off into space for the entirety of the game, & ask her why she is not enforcing the rules, & why is she allowing all of these kids to be hit in the face. She replied that she "couldn't possibly keep track of every ball thrown." This is ridiculous! There are about 5 balls on the court. If she can’t keep track, she needs a new job. It's amazing that I was able to watch every single child be hit in the face, while tending to my injured children, but she just gets to give the shoulder shrug and more, "I can'ts." Other kids came to her to ask her if they were out, or if another kid was out, she just replied with a shoulder shrug and "I don't know." This employee is a liability & I’d fire her if it were my business. Again, safety is obviously not a concern.

The employees are lazy. Kids were running ALL over the place but the rules state “NO RUNNING.” Giant teenagers, bigger than myself, were doing the same with no enforcement of rules. I’m sure a broken hip for grandma would be really good for business.

This place is horrible. I'm sad that I've spent hundreds here. Safety is not a priority - employees have ZERO work ethic. I will not spend another dime here.

But - at least the front desk staff was nice when they...

We showed up and tried to pay at 7:15 tonight. They close at 8:00. They wanted me to pay the full 60 min playtime and I asked if there was any way to discount it since my stepdaughter was only going to play for 40 min by the time I would have paid. The girl working said no. I found a coupon on their Facebook for $15 and asked if she would honor that. Nope. I asked for a manager and he said “best I can do is charge you for 60 minutes”. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted to pay for the time we would be there and I felt like them honoring the online coupon would have sufficed. They refused. They told me if I bought the coupon today, I couldn’t use it until tomorrow. That’s fair, as it’s stated on their Facebook page that the coupon is not good until 8/14. But to play for 40 min I wasn’t going to spend $32 and be charged for a full hour. That is not fair. So instead of making $15 from us, and having us return as customers, they made $0 and we left. We have had issues with this place before but my stepdaughter loves the giant slide so that’s the reason we were going there tonight. I should have known better not to go there but she insisted bc she loves the slide. There are so many other places to take your kids that are cleaner and the staff actually cares...

This place is the worst as they treat children terrible and the manager gabriel yelled at my daughter telling her not to talk to her staff in a certain way which she never did blah blah blah, she calls me in tears I fly up there to get her and this manager was so rude and condesending telling me how she is just so successful but when i say rude i mean rude and i flew off the handle. How in the world can someone like that be working with children. There are so many complaints about this person it is insane. Then she emails me a nasty gram an threatens me that i was trespassing oh ok after i paid for 2 weeks of camp at your facility that i am trespassing and if i come back there she will have the largo pd after me. Who runs a business like that, she deserved every nasty word i said to her as she repeated all my wonderful language right back to me. I will be sending BBB a letter on this facility as children should never be left alone there. I would not ever step foot in her facility again you can make up any story you want to make up you know exactly what you did...
