A family friend that has lived in Mainlands for over 20 years has been being harassed for the past 10 years by the unit 2 association because he requirers in home care. This man is 90 years old, and suffers with his health, he has been hospitalized several times this year. He requires round the clock care. I am shocked at the behavior of the unit 2 board. I am disgusted at the level they have gone to in making this already ill man more depressed. They have shown no compassion for him and his needs. They have harassed his care giver and other people that have come to help this man. It is against the law to infringe upon the right someone has to protect their health. Ample parking for the businesses in this plaza-- when there are no events or tent sales of fireworks. The tent sales tend to close off or severely restrict the entrance and exit to this plaza. It's not safe to have cars driving immediately next to children wandering around a parking lot viewing things for sale. The tent shoppers get mad that cars are simply entering or leaving through the entrance. It becomes a mess and people get angry. I won't shop in this plaza at all when I see a tent for...

The Mainlands are beautiful. We have spent the last few weeks house sitting for a friend. The community is well laid out and everyone's lawns are prefect. You can really tell that neighbors take good care of their property. It's golf cart friendly and you can even golf cart to the ice cream stand near the entrance or to the strip mall which had a resturaunt and other stores.
