Most likely they have good and bad reviews however I speak for those who have had a bad experience with Jewelry Repair Stone Cutting & Coin… I was looking around town for a jewelry store to turn my Coin into a pendant which isn’t super complicated however does take a few days to get done. I understand, however, when you sit behind the counter and tell the customer one week it passes by then we are on week two I waited till Thursday thinking okay it’s getting closer to the weekend they should be done by now after waiting 1 week and 3 days however I called and they told me it should be done by next week okay that’s fine moving onto 3 weeks I go to the store in person to check on my coin and they tell me by tomorrow morning it should be done I waited the day came back the next morning and today I show up 10:40 am come to found out my coin is still sitting on his desk “he will get it done today” is what I heard yesterday however it was never even touched… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if your looking to get any type of jewelry repair or custom jewelry made please stay away from this location. If you are looking to buy gold or sliver coins they might be your store but for any other thing jewelry repair or getting something made stay far away… they will make you wait and wait without even touching your items sad my first and last experience there to support there local business for unprofessional...

Always fast, quick, cheaper than most jewelers and so nice and kind. Very friendly, amazing people that are down to earth and never look at you like you are dumb or below them! They are awesome! I recommend them to anyone who lives in Pinellas county because Vu is so down to earth, a personable person, and knows exactly what you want! Also very understanding, with very reasonable prices!! Tell all your family and friends to come here. It might be in an odd location, but that has nothing to do with their business and their great work that they do! They make long lasting customers, and long lasting relationships because of their great work they do. Super honest and straight up people!! I absolutely love this place and I recommend it to all my family and friends in or around the area! Trust me, Vu is the real deal! This is a place that will never do you wrong! I brought in some jewelry this morning. Some needed to be cleaned. Some needed clasps fixed. Some diamonds I needed to find out about. I have been going here every once in a blue moon for years and years. and these people have always been so kind, so awesome, they are seriously unique and I am very grateful for them. I was having a super hard day today. I went in to have some jewelry cleaned so I could sell it to pay my rent. They were so kind to me they really have big hearts and it completely turned my day around. I left feeling completely different than when I walked in. I really love these people they are genuine and also top notch! and I just hope that they know the impact they just had on my day. They were amazing and I won't ever forget it.
