I’m from out of town and I was excited to shop here since I heard about it from friends. This was my first time at this store and although the store was a slight upgrade from the dollar store and five below, it was very clean and offered a lot of variety goods. However, the service was terrible at this location, specifically when dealing with their helium balloons. Their balloon system is super disorganized and quite frankly disappointing. It took A LOT of time to do a few balloons, we were asked several times to come back to get the balloons- which included a helium tank change out one time we came back- and no one told us how long the balloons would last. We were so happy when we came home late that afternoon, only for the next morning to find them all deflated. When calling the store, we did not want a refund or money back but we only asked that they fix the way they do their balloon system. As a former employee here, the store manager (Amy) is absolutely rude. I went inside just to speak and see the new things inside the store…I spoke to her…she gave me the most driest response ever, but proceeds to laugh and speak so nice to the customers there. I am a customer, not an employee…she’s so disrespectful it’s not even funny. You cannot be mad at me because you as a manager did not handle a situation where a former employee made an inappropriate comment to me and I left because you didn’t handle it at all, then she has the audacity to treat me like that?! I went in there last night to get graduation balloons which they didn't have, I asked the older blonde lady for help and she was rude and acted as if it was a problem for me to ask so I asked another employee who was nice and explained that they could possibly have some in tomorrow and that I could call the store to check instead of driving back and forth, however, I will not be coming back because the same rude old lady that I was talking about decided to be rude and nasty and got into an argument with the other female employees, she talked to them horribly and there's no reason for her to be working there if she's that rude to the customers and employees absolutely disgusting I will be calling corporate to get that woman's name and leave a review as her name wasn't...
