Since Amazon will not let you edit a review. I will place it here. Your service on Amazon is not very good. The product that you are selling is not what the description says that it is. I had to pay for shipping back to you. Which you did not refund me for. That is bs. So I ordered a product, you sent me the wrong thing, and I sent it back to you. Just ordered some RODE mics off these guys. I'm from Ohio, never been to the store or met the people there, yet was treated like a long-time customer. Very cool, chill customer service and they gave me a great deal. I'm so used to buying from the biggest names in the A/V world that I forgot there are fantastic companies like this one out there who offer the same great prices and products, but with much better customer service. Bought from Sole Source via reverb a few weeks ago. When I got my my mic, there were a few things in the post that weren't in the package.
