The price to enter was not too bad. You could get 90 minutes jumping time for$20 and 120 minutes for $25. We went on a Saturday around 6:30 and even though there were a lot of people there, it didn't seem crowded. One thing that they offer on Friday and Saturday nights is Glow Time. It starts at 9:00 and goes to 11:00. The cost is $20 and you are required to buy a "glow" shirt for $5. The shirt can be used numerous times. You don't have to buy one every time you go. They shut down the jumping area at 8:45 to prepare for the glow party. They start a fog machine and as the area fills up you can see the lasers and black lights. Just before 9:00 they turn the majority of regular lighting off and there was a lot of cheering from the kids when their shirts lit up and the jumping area was transformed with the lasers and black lights. I wish we had known about the glow party because I would have gone there a little later so my son and his friend could enjoy the glow party. We will definitely go to it the next time we go. One thing that I liked about the place is they have lockers to rent for 50 cents. You can put all of your extra stuff in those like shoes, jackets and pocketbook. You don't have to lug all of that stuff around. The only thing that I didn't like was they were one time use lockers. Once you insert 2 quarters you turn a key and insert your stuff. You have to carry the key with you. If you need to get money out of your pocketbook for drinks or pizza, you re- insert the key to open the locker and then the key stays in the lock. You can add another 50 cents to rent the same locker. If you have kids who need money for various reasons while you are there, I would recommend putting some money or your bank card in your pocket so you don't have to keep opening the locker. They had a lot of staff monitoring the different areas and they were good at making sure nobody cut ahead in the lines or were too small or too big to go in certain areas. Overall it was a great experience but when we go back we are definitely going to...
Read moreJust go somewhere else. The experience was very “meh” or as the kids would say, mid. The price is not worth the experience. The foam blocks in the pits smell like literal pits and unwashed teenager. They really do nitpick which makes the experience even worse.
When you arrive you must have SkyZone socks. Goodness forbid you have another trampoline park socks on. They will ask to see your socks. Extra for no reason. Grip socks are grip socks.
I was supervising my two small children (not standing on a jump circle, but off to the side) and they went out their way to tell me I couldn’t stand there. I’m pretty sure I paid way too much to even be in this space, but okay…
They announce your band color at the end of your jump time. It was not even 1 full minute after the announcement and a staff member said “you know your bounce time is up, right?” I wanted to say back “you see AND hear me letting these kids know it’s time to go, right?” but it’s just the staff enforcing orders barked from their (micromanaging, power-tripping) leadership. I could understand if it was 10 minutes past the end of our jump time, but it was not even 1 full minute. Egregious and really off-putting. The staff members I encountered weren’t the problem but having them make ridiculous orders and demands of paying guests put them in a tough spot.
I would not recommend going here. Go to an actual park. Go to another trampoline place. Go for a walk. Go anywhere but here. As much as they charge, they should reinvest the money in freshening up the place (literally) and some leadership/management training wouldn’t hurt either. Loosen up a bit. It’s a place where kids (and adults) are supposed to have fun (at least that’s how it was when SkyZone first opened up and at other SkyZones I’ve been to) but the way it’s run makes the...
Read moreThis is a very bad place to take your Family and Friends to. It is NOT Military Friendly. IT IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AT ALL. If you make the mistake of booking for 15 People and only 10 People show up, they do not care. They will not accommodate for you and they will not refund any money to you. They claim to be "booked because of you" and wash their hands with that. The owner is not friendly at all. The "owner" is the so called "manager in charge". There are no managers at all. "Their own employees" see how unfair and unjust they are. Very discriminating people. From the moment that you show up you are mistreated and rushed. Not a place to celebrate any kind of event with Family and Friends. If you complain and show that you are upset and disappointed, they will call the police on you. They have no manners and no respect at all for anyone. Being Military does not mean a damn thing to them. Do not let them fool you. I suggest you look at a different place to take your Family and Friends to and celebrate with more care and compassion. If you care for that. I sure do. 3 mizzly Pizzas and drinks for 15 People, really??? Come on. They claimed to have called my Wife to confirm plenty of times. That is not true. She called them twice and helped them do their job. Read the fine print. They will use that against you no matter what the situation. They have no heart and soul at all for your situation. I have never been so disrespect along with My Wife like we were at Sky Zone Charlotte. I have never felt like my 15 Years of Service to this country does not mean crap to America in my life. Retired to deal with this crap??? No Thank You America. You can keep your stereo types and bad influence from racist and discriminating people like Sky Zone Charlotte. Good Luck...
