Shop is going downhill , its being run by a man that cannot do the job anymore . Shows up 45 min late , keeps the place a mess and complains about his own mess ... its a sad shame that the business that Jack gave his life for is being handled like this ... After months of showing both owners how the " Manager " has been handling things they finally woke up and they are now watching what he does . No more 45 min to an hour late ... its a shame they keep this guy there. But at least they are watching him . 72 and he needs to be baby sat please contact me for prrof of how he is there . I have numerous texts and videos of him showing up 45 min to ober an hour late . And gets nasty when comfrontrd . He has volunteers show up early to clean up and leaves them waiting there for 2hrs when he shows up .. JACK MUST BE ROLLING IN HIS GRAVE WITH WHAT THIS MAN HAS DONE TO HIS SHOP... Pros: They have a great selection of model trains, mainly HO & N. They are settled by the Lehigh Line, in which you can railfan. They have friendly staff, happy to help fix your train if it needs a installation, repair, and they tell you what product you're looking for. They have lots of rolling stock. They have shelf loads of locomotives. They have great display cases of custom models. They have custom locomotives (ex. DCC/Sound, weathered, additional details, etc.) They update their inventory often. They do quick installations. They get the high-end, good quality, releases. Very friendly and comforting Cons: They are a little bit pricey, but is reasonable. They are slow, but it shows that they are careful with what they're doing. They are slow with repairs/installations, but that's because they have guys that do it themselves.

Prices cheaper on the internet and the selection has gone down over the years! This used to be my go-to train store I think the internet is the best place to buy Lionel Trains And even stuff for h o and n gauge Model railroads stuff now! I couldn't help noticing I saw a customer wanting to return a Thomas set that he bought for his son as soon as he took it out of the box it didn't work get the Train Shop would not return it said that he had to send it back to the manufacturer even though it was broken out of the box!... Even though it wasn't my situation it got to me... I mean even Walmart has a good return policy something's broken you return it in either get a new one or get your money back! I want to buy something for toy trains I go home and go on the internet better selection probably better prices and like I said this is to be my...
