I usually come to this location since I don’t care the south Plainfield one. There were a couple of times Piscataway location forgot somethings but I didn’t make it a big deal. I called in my order at 8:00 am so on my way back from dropping my daughter my order would be ready. I get there give them my pick up order and they tell me someone came and picked it up! No way possible as my husband was home sleeping. I had to wait again for 5 minutes and told them they must’ve given my order to someone else. The lady tells me someone came in saying they had a Reuben. We did order a Reuben but with other items. I asked do they go over the entire order before people pay? So I had to order all over again waiting 30 more minutes mind you I have to go to work. The owner rings up my order again and gives me $5 off apologizing. 30 minutes later although they said they prioritized remaking my order they didn’t check the order before giving it to me and I was missing a bagel with cream cheese. No apology that time and the coworker says I don’t think it was rung up when I clearly saw it was on the transaction when I paid. I had to sit back down and wait again. Very disappointed and I don’t think $5 compensation was enough at all! I honestly wanted the money back but we were too hungry. It’s more the principle of customer service. Did I mention the gentleman they gave our order to walked in asking for his correct order and they let him keep our order too which is...

Bagel itself is decent but hygiene is questionable. People prepping your food wipe their hands on their pants and hold your sandwiches all without gloves.

Ordered a jalapeno spinach bagel not realizing while at the cash register that they were two separate bagel flavors. Cashier. who wasn't a native English speaker, never corrected me. It wasn't until after I ordered and had time to look around and saw the bagel signs again did I realize my mistake. I was fine with getting either or, so I never mentioned it again as it likely would have been tougher to explain.

Compared to the Bagel Bazaar of S. Plainfield, this place is cheaper on the eggs and slightly more expensive. They have a higher coffee price than the S. Plainfield one. Both use Law's coffee. Eggs are thinner and less generous at this Piscataway location - got less Taylor ham here. Food prep is on...

I really love this store! By the time I'm able to get to any bagel shop, it's after 2pm and there's never any everything bagels left. I go there and they have them, still fresh and the ladies will always give me a few extra bagels.

Aside from the ladies there being kind and sweet, it's always busy, they have a line if you get there early. The service is excellent. The selection of everything you could want in a deli is huge. The customer area is very clean as well as the service area. The salads are delish and fresh. The prices are competitive with any other establishment, sometimes even less. Best of all, the bagels are actually very good!

It can hold its own to any Jewish nosh/deli around!!!

5 stars may be the maximum but I definitely give them 10...

I ordered for a delivery option and i specifically noted that I wanted my Turkey bacon WELL DONE BURNT in the turkeybacon / egg / cheese bagel I got, and it literally was served RAW (insert Gordon Ramsay voice) and it didn’t look like they tried to cook it. I cooked it in my microwave and then after looking closer at my bagel when the meat was still cooking, THERE WAS A HAIR😭😭. On top of this, everything was swimming in oil. I don’t recall asking for oil with a side of bagel. Very unsanitary, and they don’t even use the instructions we give. Learning moment though. Hopefully you guys can improve for other future customers.

I ordered a toasted plain bagel with lox cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese on the bagel, as pictured and it wasn'teven toasted. I gave them another chance and ordered a rainbow bagel with walnut cream cheese and the same thing occurred. I am very aware of inflation but this is ridiculous. Also, if you place a phone order and pay with a card over the phone, they repeat ALL of your information loud enough for everyone to hear and take note of, including the CVV. I used to patronize this establishment often, however, I will be looking for a new bagel store.
