Went in earlier today and was fairly nervous after reading some other reviews, some had mentioned not being greeted upon entry or acknowledged. I walked in and wasn't immediately greeted, but they had three or four customers ahead of me and were busy, so that's understandable. Not really something writing a review about (yes thats a shot at the reviews complaining about having to wait minute). Anyway, the lady (never got her name unfortunately) was extremely professional and knowledgable. She actually turned me away, but that's because she told me I could get a better price for what i was trying to sell, elsewhere. Rather than taking advantage of the fact that I didn't really know what I was dealing with and profiting off it, she took the time to educate me and point me in the right direction. 10/10 would recommend, will absolutely come back if I'm in the market for...

Went in for a quote on some jewelry on a Wednesday, and spoke with the guy that owns it. He inspected, weighed, and gave me a quote. I was selling them for my parents, so I told him I’d speak with them and if they agreed, I’d be back the next day. Came in the next day, and spoke with the lady that works there. She quoted me $100 less. When I asked her to call the gentleman I spoke to, she said he was saying he never quoted me a price. I asked how he couldn’t have given me a quote if I came in to sell them? It says “We buy gold” on their website, so that made no sense. I gathered my rings and before I left, I told her to check their cameras if they have audio. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principal....

Well, I unfortunately had a horrible experience at this store depite how kind and helpful the women who eventually helped me was. I brought my girlfriend'd rose gold necklace that I bought for her on Valentine's Day that had the clasp break, and the son of the owner who is like 50 years old took the necklace and switched it out without telling me. I would trust the mom, but I would not trust this degenerate son who I almost called the police on. I actually feel like he might have switched out the pearl as well. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ESTABLIMENT. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY SO PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR JEWELRY AS HE MIGHT STEAL...
