The owners are amazing, incredibly kind, helpful and full of positive, uplifting energy. They also allow and helpful in modifying their drinks. This is especially helpful in that the drinks are full of flavor. Being half Filipino I had to get the Mahalo Halo, it is a great fusion of a popular Filipino dinner and Hawaiian taste. The flan inside the drink was the highlight of the drink for me. It is flavorful, sweet but not sweet, rich and the flan itself is nice and thick. The drink is pretty sweet but those who drink starbucks often shouldn't have a problem with it. You HAVE to try this place. They have amazing drinks, shaved ice, and snacks! We tried the Hawaiian ice today and it was mind blowing for sure. Eric and his family are so friendly and welcoming. His wife ( I didn’t catch her name) welcomes you into the shop with a big warm smile and Eric and his son whip up their beautiful creations, even hand delivering it to your table.
