I've always loved Ross for gifts, shoes, other random items, or just browsing. During this pandemic I've been avoiding in person shopping whenever possible, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was so pleased to see that the store was extra clean and that the aisles have been set up with plenty of room to look at merchandise and still avoid being in other shopper's space! I took my daughter to get her grandmother a Christmas gift and, as always, we found something perfect for a great price. I always end up buying more than expected at Ross because of the great deals, good brands, and variety of merchandise options. It's one of the few places you can get just right presents for the whole family, and the things to wrap them as well! I'll be back, and definitely recommend...

This store is a hot mess. It's disheveled and looks so low brow. Had to return some clothes that didn't fit my daughter and there is no sign that actually points to where the returns is at. I asked one of the checkers and she said it's that way. We walked all the way to the back of the store to find that it wasn't back that way and then came back after the front and asked a different checker. Turns out it's check out stand number five and there was a small 5x7 sign that says returns start here. None of the employees seem like they wanted to be there. If you want to save a couple bucks on clothes and you don't mind employees who look like they'd rather be somewhere else and a store that's in disarray then this is your place.
