I can’t say enough about R&R Furniture and their employees. We recently bought a bedroom suite from Kathy who is one of the most knowledgeable and amicable people in this industry. She went the extra mile in getting us a good deal, and not only that, she made sure our furniture was immaculate before it reached our home since it was a floor model. The customer service didn't end there. When the movers, Harley and Juan, reached our front door, they made sure it was ok to use their dolly on our wood floors and, also, were careful not to scratch the furniture in any way. They, also, made doubly sure we understood the bells and whistles since the furniture had so many intricate pieces to it. This job was never hurried, and they treated this furniture as if it were their own. We were so impressed with Harley and Juan, we just had to give them both a tip. 20 minutes to decide what o wanted. Almost 4 hours, to get order correct. Wing size bed, Then they didn't have the other item on stock, yet write up my order for payment.

Fortunately, another location pulled through in the end.

They were to call me when it arrived, estimated 4 to 5 pm. Then told it was delivered before noon, and none of their notes, inducted for them to call me for pick up

Nice people.

Don't guess. A twin and a twin xl are NOT the danger

They have a very large selection of outstanding quality choices, and the customer service of all the staff is absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Jean for all of her support, expertise, and patience in listening to what we were specifically looking for. She assisted us in finding exactly what we wanted. Our gratitude also goes out to Ian, who kindly gave us price reductions as were allowed. Lastly, the delivery staff deserves thank you's as well. They arrived on time with a friendly manner, and were very conscientious to not scratch our floors while placing the furniture where we asked them to.
