GameStop — Local services in Pittsburg

I got to say this place has far improved and really well put together store for the location, although I question the safety of customers at times because of locale but I digress. Saia, Cheyenne and Laurainne are very great conversationalist and customer service as soon as you walk in as I have been doing for the past few weeks on different days I was greeted no matter what the volume of customers there are in the store. Its a really great atmosphere to have them there as it does enhance your overall value of service and experience. Even when calling there its always pleasant conversation with general knowledge of the industry. Give these three a raise or a bonus at least with the environment they work in along with the pandemic the company needs to invest on more employees alike as they show exemplary customs and policies above standard. Horrible service. They state online that store closes at 7 but they will randomly close store couple hours early. Today at 6:10 I called before driving out to store to verify that they were still opened. Spoke with associate over the phone and she stated that she was closing the store at 6:50. I arrived at the store within 5 mins and sat in my car for a couple mins. At 6:20 I walked towards store just to find it closed. So I called store again and the young lady over the phone started making up some story about some altercation that had just occured outside of her store and how she needed to close the store early. I have been sitting in my car outside of her store for 5 mins and there hasn't even been any foot traffic on the shopping center let alone an altercation outside her store. Before I came here I was denied by a GameStop in Pleasant Hill 3 times on 3 different days. This one in Pittsburgh had it all, I went in to trade in my PS4 Slim 1TB. I was greeted by Andre who was very nice and very professional with the entire situation. He even mentioned that he found my membership through my phone number which also got me an extra 7$ on my trade in. Overall my experience at this GameStop and with Andre was excellent.
