Masala House — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Order was ready for me when I got there. This place is small, but the flavors are mighty! The portions were good and there was plenty of chicken in my Chicken Dum Biryani. I know this is Nepalese, but I have a lot of South Indian friends so I've been spoiled with some excellent homemade biryani over the years. This place has great flavors and really nice home style recipes. I ordered Mild, and still had a great kick to it. So if you're not good at spicy, keep that in mind that there's still a little kick. But without that little bit, it wouldn't as wonderful as it was. Staff was friendly. I hope this place gets the attention...

Ordered for pickup during my delivery next door. A nice array of items on the menu both veg and non-veg. Order was right on time and fresh. Chicken biryani was nicely balanced and perfectly seasoned. Paneer pakora was just right, a lot of places get it soggy or flavorless...not here. Samosas are awesome! The crust had just a pinch more saltiness than I've ever had but WOW!
