05/31/2016 The staff are so rude!! I called to make my order as I have been doing for years now and this is after I have left for almost half a year because the F'd my order up and didn't believe me and when I brought it back all of the girls in the back of the kitchen came out to give me a dirty look and talking crap in Spanish "like I I didn't understand" I was like you got to be F'ing kidding me and demanded my money back. I was beyond pissed and now today around 7:30pm I get put on hold by a young girl for like 10 mins then a young boy gets on the phone and rudely shouts what's your order I haven't even finished saying my first plate and he cuts me off and says "is that it" I was like no I want to add something else to my plate and again get cut of each time I added 1 thing to my order "I ordered just three things" then he says "what's your name" game him my name then "it will be read in 15mins" then hung up. These people are what you call "mal educados" they need to learn how to treat their customers! When the owners husband is working the staff never acts like this. It's sad that he can't be there all the time. And to add to it I know the owners both Wife and husbands parents and I never experienced rude people in their restaurant ever!!! When I got there they weren't even busy to have me on hold like that.. Sad thing... I'm thinking of not going back till They educated their staff on how to treat people and if they don't get it they need to let them go and hire staff that want to be there and have a job!!! Because they act like they don't give a s...t about their job nor that restaurant no repeat for customers or the owners!! Disrespectful to...

So first off I would like to say that I came to this place because I was craving some good mexican food. I ordered a quesadilla with al pastor and my mother ordered nachos with al pastor. We were extremely disappointed with our meals.

1. The al pastor was NOT what it should have been. It was dry and not seasoned at all. It was dryer than regular pulled pork. [both nachos and quesadilla]
2. There was A LOT of re-fried beans on both meals, which we did not ask for. The boy taking our order did not tell us that re-fried beans were to be put on the meals, when he clearly should have. who's to say we even wanted beans? BEANS ARE A FILLER!
3. The customer service was bad because they did not inform us of anything that came with the food such as "which beans do you want, if any? did you want anything else on those nachos? would you like some chips and salsa?"
4. I am a latina and I was not looking for white-washed mexican food. There was absolutely a lack of flavor in everything.
5. The horchata was very questionable.

I have worked in the food industry for awhile now and my managers where I worked would be appalled at such service.I know I am. Also, within a half hour of eating this so called food we both became sick to our stomachs with what I am saying to be food poisoning. In fact I am writing this review from my toilet...

Yesterday my co-worker went to pick up an order for us. Since we work nearby, one of the burritos was totally incorrect, it was supposed to be a chili, Colorado burrito with rice cheese and mole sauce upon opening the burrito. It had pico de gallo , extra Pico de gallo it also had sour cream and beans. I called after I noticed the mess up. I was put on hold, no one returned. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay on hold because of my job requires me to be attentive. I decided to call today when I did the manager. Pedro answered the phone I explained to him the incorrect order. He told me that he would not take my word for it. And that I should have called.Yesterday which I did, and I explained to him, I was put on hold, and no one returned before I had to return to my job duties. He basically once again told me that he was not going to do anything about it. Basically, because I could be lying to him and I explained to him that I called, and I was put on hold.He said he was not there yesterday so there was nothing that he could do to help me rectify the situation. I will never attend this place again.The food in the past...
