Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I would give negative stars. I have been coming to this location for more then 15 years. Just left there missing 3 of my tacos. Get home and decided that once I noticed it to let it go. Just take it at a loss. One bite into my taco and there is a long hair in my food. I PULLED A 7 INCH HAIR OUT OF MY FOOD. I called because hell no! From the very start they knew my order. I find that funny. He told me..."yes you only got charged for one". Okay sure but why only charge me for one then I asked for four? Oh I know your incompetent machines running the drive trough when you are getting your order taken. Then I tell him about the air I pulled out of my food along with the bite I took. He solution is to offer me another taco if I come back. Nope I will never be back. I will travel further when me and my family want taco bell...

The service is definitely excellent!!! The reason of this rate (3 stars) is because there are many homeless that come to the store to grab free drinks. They just go to the trash and get any cup then just go the fountain and serve them self's. The workers don't even say anything!!! If the owner or manager of this place wants to keep business up, they need to get ahead of their game and do something about this. I have been here more than 5 times in about 3-4 months just to see if things changed. Honestly, I will not be coming back for at least the rest of the year! I hope they do something about it. I might check...

I used to be a general manager for Taco Bell and this was the worst experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. manager Ernest did not even apologize after getting my order wrong when I returned it he just slinked back into the office and made his employee remake it from the line where the tortillas were crunchy and old and then the employee delivered my new food unfortunately he wasn't trained so the food came out the same way wrong again not folded correctly the food was falling out of the burritos. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell. I drove away and came back twice so I needed a refund this time...
