Planet Fitness — Local services in Pittsburg

I love working out here the atmosphere is unmatched the customer service is great but on last night that all changed. I work out every night at 10pm along with a good friend of mine. Last night I worked out alone. After my work out I went to the counter and asked for 3 coins for the massage chair Jeremiah provided the coins to me I went in the back and both cheers was occupied I returned to the counter and asked Jeremiah could you please cut on the hydro massage bed and he did after the 10 minutes on the hydro massage bed I wiped it down and then went and got in the massage chair which was now unoccupied all of a sudden a lady in a planet fitness shirt came in questioning me asking did I just get off the massage bed did Jeremiah give me tokens and cut the bed on for me she left and came back and asked how many tokens he gave me I responded 3 I also explained the chairs were occupied so I had the bed cut on it was not until tonight I found out who she is her name is Tiara they call her T and she's the general manager her customer service is horrible I've never been so uncomfortable at planet fitness in my life and I work out here everyday questioning a customer not introducing herself just rude disrespectful and horrible customer service I think planet fitness really need to look into who they...

My husband and I Love this Gym! the Employees that I have met are Luis and Tejah and another young man I don't remember his name. They are so very helpful, respectful and very considerate! I believe they need a few more employees at the Gym because they often are very busy. Sometimes people that go there need assistance, with more paper towels, cleaning solution or have questions regarding the exercise machines. It's hard to do ALL this with just a few employees on hand. there should be 2 garbage cans outside in the front to alleviate the garbage that is thrown out there. more signs for people to get off their phones. I've heard many embarrassing conversations, and their voices are loud. other than these concerns, this is a great place, You have exceptional Employees, and I am very happy to see them there greeting us with a smile every single morning! I went online and got a free day pass to try out this gym since I live nearby. The gym has very many options just like most gyms. You’ve got your cardio equipment, you’ve got weights, etc. What I did really like is that they have a section that is for a 30 minute workout, and it tells you how long you spend on each machine within 30 minutes to get a full body workout. It takes the thinking out of working out especially if you’re in a crunch for time. They are also offering one dollar down right now, plus their memberships are only $10 a month. I think I’m gonna go ahead and move forward with making this my gym, I really enjoyed my free pass! The staff were also very helpful, and they were always cleaning, wiping some thing, and vacuuming while I was there.
