Ogre's Lair — Local services in Pittsburg

Had no idea there was a "nerd" shop in town, so when I discovered this place I was excited. However I was let down almost the moment I walked in the door. Guy behind counter seemed completely disinterested in me being there, tried asking questions about DnD or pathfinder.. was lucky to get grunts or an unintelligible yea or no in response. Idk, maybe the guy was just having a bad day.. but I went in there intent on spending money, left having spent none. Almost felt like I was being ran off. Very disappointed. Us nerds are usually passionate about our niche hobbies, this guy seemed like he hated life, nerds and TTRPGS... doubt I return. Almost wanna open my own place next door and show em how to run a proper...

Walked in to grab a box of cards, male employee never even greeted me. I had to say hello and insert my wants into the conversation for him to speak. He didn't say a word during the transaction other than where i wanted my receipt to be sent haha. Kind of odd that someone new walks into your store and spends almost $400 and you don't even try to gather some information for future business. I will not be buying from there again. The Magic community deserves better interactions from a place of business such as this. I cannot believe that both major store vendors for trading cards in Pittsburg greet customers with the coldest...

Friendly people. Other than the fact they will screw you over big time and make it seem as if you don't know what tcgplayer is. My value was $50 I was offered 6 dollars store credit or 9 dollars cash. They also have quite a bit of price...
