Blue Saigon — Restaurant in Pittsburg

First of all I just want to say that it is unfair for you to say that I was rude to your employee.. I even gave him some tip..He even ring a bell. I just wondered why my food was the last (because when I left at 12:55PM there is zero as in NO more customer) to be served while I’m 2 customer ahead of the rest of the customer today. My order is Lumpia and Fried Potsticker only. And saying don't comeback anymore.... does the owner knows how you manage unsatisfied customer. I hope you do something about it. I know that there is a cooking time and there are customers ahead of me but I observed that nobody is preparing my food until one of the staff looked at the receipt and starting to cook after 20 mins of waiting. Then when all customers were gone I decided to ask for my order and the cashier said that they are still preparing for my food.. all I said is forget about it then left... of course am upset and trying to just forget my order. Then when the lady went out of the store while am driving along the store she shouted here I will throw it away she literally throw away my food in a bag and saying DON’T COMEBACK here anymore. Then another guy shouting don't comeback here. Then when I called and look for the manager and starting to explain why I left... she abruptly said if you want to comeback and argue about it as what I have said Don't comeback anymore and hanged up the phone. Not so fair. I know that you don't care about loosing 1 customer but this is not right. Maybe you could have said sorry about your order that was missed...I know the effort of the cashier and appreciate him so much to follow me to give my order but am so upset but not in the mood to argue the...

From the outside this place might not look like much, but trust me, I've heard rumors that the owner is looking to expand its storefront & that it might even have karaoke?! What?! Yes. But for now let's stick to what this place is & has. The store is tiny but not to worry, there's a lot to love. The cashiers & cooks are ready to help you with any of your questions regarding their food. & if you don't want to sit & wait, call in to pick up your order. They even have some cool drinks on deck for you as well as boba. Looking for a recommendation? Ask them! Or take my opinion on the sisig fries, warrior dog & of course the chicken wings (all very unique flavors if I may say so myself).
