I went into Caesar's for my fiancé's engagement ring after not having much luck at some other local jewelers. I had a rough idea of things my fiancé wanted in a ring, but my knowledge of jewelry and design is very minimal. Upon entering Caesar's I was able to work with Michelle, who was more than willing to work with me to get a better idea of exactly what I wanted in a ring. She was passionate and very knowledgeable and together we were able to create a unique, customized ring. Caesar also ordered a diamond that I able to see and examine before proceeding with creating the ring.

Unfortunately, right after Caesar began designing the ring the first COVID-19 lock-down came in effect, so the overall process took longer than expected with the store being forced to temporarily close. Even with the unprecedented circumstances, Caesar was incredibly professional and provided frequent updates on the ring's progress. I would receive computer generated 3D models of the ring via email so I could see exactly how the ring was taking shape and we could make any adjustments I wanted. Caesar really allowed room for customization and creativity in the design process and was able to deliver with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind engagement ring.

We took my grandmother’s engagement ring to Caesar to be reset for my own, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and all-around great at his work. The center diamond from the three-stone ring I brought him had a sizable chip out of the edge of it, and I had been trying to convince myself to get a bezel setting to simply hide the chip in a new ring. Caesar was very patient with my indecision on this front, made and priced a whole design based off of my initial idea, and stuck with me through a full round of edits…after which I realized I wanted a prong setting and would need to consider recutting the stone. He handled the whole process with totally transparent pricing and recut weight estimates from the cutter, sent the stone out to be recut, and made a new design based on the re-cut stone. He also seamlessly incorporated my edits into the design. I would have expected other jewelers to raise the price based off of the amount of back and forth and considerable changes from our original plan, but Caesar was incredibly patient and reassured me that my satisfaction with the product was most important. My soon-to-be fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring from Caesar, and had the best experience from start to finish.

Caesar is an incredibly talented jeweler but also extremely personable. He met with us privately outside of his hours of operation twice to serve us - first for an initial meeting to try on rings and build an idea of what I wanted in my ring, and then to select the diamond and go over all of the specifications we wanted. Caesar took the time to educate us on all of our options and the different decisions we could make. I never felt like he was withholding information and got the sense that he wanted us to be as happy as possible with the product.

During production Caesar would reach out with updates. After several weeks, the ring was ready and we picked it up today. It’s stunning. I can’t believe I need to wait to wear it 😂. Caesar offered complimentary cleaning and repairs for life, and continued to educate me on what to look out for if I’m concerned the stone is loose or the ring is too big.

The photos Caesar posts on his Instagram don’t do his work justice - yes they are pretty pictures but seeing the jewelry in person is 10 times better. His work is just so beautiful, and solid.
