Kawaii Gifts — Local services in Pittsburgh

today i decided to check out this shop i’ve been wanting to go to for a while. they go off appointments so when i arrived i rung the doorbell as i was instructed to as i stared at the employees through the window not answering the door for me i proceeded to call the store to let them know i have an appointment they replied by saying they didn’t know it was me... but how would they know either way? i think the best thing y’all could’ve done was open the door and ask if i had an appointment instead of completely ignoring me. i wouldn’t have thought anything about this if there wasn’t two women that came after me and was immediately let in the store. i was also being stared at and followed around by one of the employees the whole time which left me with a horrible taste of disgust left behind. i was hoping to find a new shop to get some cute items to go a long with my collection at home but i will not be returning because of the way i was treated during my time at this store i was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. if i wasn’t getting a gift for my sister i would’ve left and took my money elsewhere. very disappointed i hope no one else gets treated like...

This place has a wide selection of very cute products that are not just cute for cute's sake but have utility (like amazing art on T-shirts or stationary). I never set foot into the store but felt like a regular customer because of the OUTSTANDING customer serviced provided by VIckie and their staff!

My partner was visiting Pittsburgh for a short while for work and I wanted to surprise her with some gifts. I emailed the store since I made my online purchase past their operating hours.

Early the next day I made arrangements to have someone from the store (a store employee's partner who doesn't even work there!) drive the items I picked out directly to my partner's hotel to ensure it was delivered in time before they departed back home to Texas.

Vickie (and Chris) not only understood my odd request that is probably way outside of their regular services but responded to it and completed the task in one day!

If this is how they treat and interact with a random online only customer I could only imagine the warmth one would feel being helped by them in person. Support Local Business and...

Have shopped here several times and everybody is always sooo sweet and knowledgeable and happy to help. Sometimes they even ask me what groups or photocards I’m looking for so they can help. Great selection of kpop albums (very organized) and all things kawaii. I have gotten several of my friends to shop here because I love it so much. I had a minor issue with a purchase I made recently and the staff seriously went above and beyond to correct it even though it was something out of their control to begin with! I would have given them a 5 star review any day but I needed to shoutout to whoever helped me because customer service in general always makes me anxious but they did not make me feel that way.
