This was my first and last night at this establishment as I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome by the Old curly blond heavy set lady with glasses didn't give her name but side eyes and acted like we didn't exist in the background of doing everything around us.
If she ever reads this review I want her to know that was extremely ignorant to go out of your way to ignore someone that's sitting right in front of your station of work, I understand that people get busy, I work service too however I know the difference when someone is busy and outright avoiding me whenever I ask for service in general.
Crazy how one person can ruin revolving business that quickly.
Thank you for your bare minimum, really felt appreciated👏👎
I just read the reviews past mine and they have a common theme going on about the bartender we met.

Also, You'll find no pride here from the ghetto trash bathroom to the mucky kitchen, people are getting sick in unclean environments such as this for the money we pay, we deserve better.

Read moreOne of pittsburghs worst kept secrets, this bar/restaraunt is known as "The Cage" by the many regulars who frequent it's hallowed halls. well ventilated & darkly-lit,The Cage boasts a good selection of craft beers & includes a small but cozy loft-like 2nd level with winding stairs. This is one of the few eateries that still allows smoking--a pro or con depending on your personal preference.either way,be aware that there's usually quite a bit of it going on. Kitchen open late & food is good. Pleasant staff, has tables & booths in addition to a long, classic bar with traditional stool seating. Very "chill" dark atmosphere with low lighting, digital jukebox, pinball machine & video poker. Mens bathroom is small & the door always slams loudly behind you. No dance floor or live music, just a great casual spot to grab a bite to eat or a beer...
