Nice, friendly & professional individuals that work here. My boyfriend came in with a watch he was looking to get an offer for. The man that works there immediately started to engage with him in a very friendly (yet professional) manner. He seemed very invested his "customers", I guess you could say. He began researching online on his phone to find the exact watch so he knew what that specific item ran for. I felt that showed good business ethics because he was not afraid to dive in and see the exact price(s) for something BEFORE making any offers that might ultimately be way too low.
Once they found the going rate (& by this time a couple other female workers had joined in to show their interest[s]), the man went ahead and gave my boyfriend all his options and what offers they were willing to give him. They did this in a clear, understandable, well thought out way that wasn't full of sugar coats or deceit.
They gave him a reasonable offer and it was in all honesty the highest offer we have gotten thus far. They seemed a little bummed that boyfriend declined (as was I) but he wanted to see what other shops in our town [of Temecula] had to offer (since we were up there visiting a friend at the time). Well, he kinda regrets not doing business with them that day because every pawn shop we have gone to since going to Neighborhood Pawn has dramatically lower offers for the same watch. Then laughing with her employees "ill never get near that price" Super rudely. She also said we dont accept anything under 18 megapixels. Anyone who knows anything about cameras would know 18 megapixels is cinema quality and those cameras are like 14thousand dollars. (She would have offered 150$ for a camera like that) she then proceeded to pretend like she was my friend by saying oh thanks have a nice day. I watched 2 honest people sign their car away for small amount of money. Never...

And every day you come back later is money in the pocket for them. They were lying about the due date and about the communication.
Also when I said I don’t need the item anymore, the lady said I either have to pay $58 or $123, those were the only two options.
But there was another option: to walk away. Cost $0
They don’t explain...
