Well I ordered flowers for my friends 90th birthday. I got an email that said that my bouquet could not be delivered so I left a voicemail and I also sent an email and was immediately contacted by Bella. Evidently there was a police presence around the shop and she was not allowed into her place of employment for two hours. She was thankful I left a email because her phone was locked in the shop. Of course I totally understood her dilemma and was OK with her delivering these flowers the next day but she felt so bad that she went ahead and not only added a few more flowers to the bouquet but made sure my friend got her flowers delivered on her birthday. delivered and sent Me a video of her receiving the bouquet. Bella went over and beyond the call of duty and was so much fun to talk with and just a real sweetheart so I definitely will use this flower shop again. This was totally out of her control and she said of the 10 people she called there was only two of us that had some compassion. She was experiencing an awful day being caught between the police and disappointing customers! My friend was thrilled and the bouquet...

Wow! I can not say enough good about Orchids little secrets. I was hesitant to call because I’m out of state, but they made the experience so easy. I ordered an arrangement two weeks before I needed them delivered and when it came time for delivery and although I was worried that being out of state something for sure would go wrong but it was me who was wrong. They kept me up to date with everything. From a day of check in, to a picture of the arrangement to make sure it was what I wanted and a see if anything needed changed, to letting me know it was delivered. I was so impressed with the professionalism that they had. Hopefully we don’t have another funeral soon, but if I ever need flowers in SoCal again, there isn’t anyone else I would ever use! I found Orchids while looking for a florist near my wife's office. They had a reasonable number of excellent ratings, so I gave them a call. I wanted to talk to someone. I wanted someone to take extra care with the arrangement. I wanted the arrangement to screen "Happy 20th Wedding Anniversary", and for all the ladies in her office to be amazed and asking her about the arrangement.

Well, I got all of that and more! I spoke with Bella, who walked me through it all! She texted me images of ideas, offered to help me with the note, and she even special ordered my wife's favorite flower at no additional cost. Suffice it to say, my wife couldn't have been happier.
