Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Placentia

Horrible, Horrible service...I work 2 blocks from this restaurant since I am not from this area I used the help of google maps to help me locate a good pizza place. I came across this location. When I went in there the first time I purchased the $5 box lunch combo can't beat that pizza and drink for $5 great deal. The pizza was great plus it's convenient since it's located so close to my job. Here is where the horrible part comes in Iv'e been there 3 yes 3 times after my first visit on my 30 min. lunch break and the $5 lunch combo is NEVER available it reds "HOT AND READY FROM 11am-2pm". The first time it wasn't ready I said okay no problem it is 1pm maybe they had a big crowed during lunch time. But when it happened to me 2 more times after that I was not a happy person. I spoke to the "assistant manager" (who showed no care in the world).I said it is the 3rd time Iv'e been here in my 30 min. lunch and your HOT N READY pizza combo is not ready. I requested the phone number for corporate I called them explained to them my frustration. They stated I would get a call back from the area Regional Manager even she agreed with me the combos should be ready and available during the hours of 11am-2pm as stated on there ad. Well it's been 2 1/2 months and I am still waiting for the Regional Manager to call me back. I called corporate again about 3 weeks ago I stated that the RM never got back to me. And there response was he should call you back within 24 hours we will contact him again. It's been 1 month since that call and I am still waiting. Horrible experience not only with this restaurant but with the entire corporation for not getting back to me at all!!. I do not recommend this location to anyone!!! I gave them 1 start because I must in order to post my comment but if I had the option to do a 0 (zero)...

I try to be patient with restaurants these days with everything that’s going on—especially with fast food (in particular with Little Caesar’s since it’s scraping the bottom of the barrel). This place has gotten my order wrong numerous times—I ordered for delivery and they’ve forgotten items. They’ve gotten crusts wrong and completely left out toppings I’d paid for. But like I said, I try to be patient and forgiving. Tonight I draw the line—I arrived at 10:06, 6 minutes after they closed to pick up an order. The d*uchebag at the counter confirmed the pizza was done and made, but it’d have to go to waste because he couldn’t open the door for me. Careful with this location

I order online in Sep 4 for delivery That day I received a text message saying my order was cancelled after 30 min. I called it in asking what happen and if I can go pick it up but they said I can’t because another person took my order and the person assigned to deliver my order never received nothing so they cancelled my order so they referred me to call customer service for online. So I did called and it has been this many days I have not received my refund and they keep on saying they are requesting another refund.
