Also you CANNOT have an employee that isn’t BSIS certified and regulated performing security roles. I might just come take a video of your interior and report your business just to prove a point. - if you want to challenge me on that phone policy civilly I IMPLORE you to. I’ll walk in and do just that, and you won’t be able to sue me. That’d be a fun lesson to teach you.

Tender at the front (who you’re having perform security roles - which is illegal) was incredibly rude when asking about the unique phone policy. I guarantee you can’t name another Cali dispo that has that policy. Then, rather than being honest about why pricing and policy is the way it is - you act pompous. You telling me you’ve been in the industry for 20+ years doesn’t subtract credibility from my question.

Plus this industry hasn’t been legal that long… Some of us used to sell weed in highschool too - we just never continued or put it on my resume for cumulative experience. 😂😂

I’ve been here more than a dozen times because it’s convenient and close to where I live. I was excited because this is the first recreational dispo in Placerville, I would have to drive to perfect union which is in sac but they’re service is the best. I’ve been feeling mixed emotions about chucks because their reviews sound great and I’ve brought my friends here to bring in local customers, all the employees are super nice to my friends. But Lauren has given me the most terrible experience today I literally left with my hands shaking from anger because she is so rude and snappy. I simply asked to be informed on the different eights terpenoids but she literally just wanted me to leave it seemed like. I apologized about asking questions which seems so strange because that’s their job to help the person there, and she responded with “I don’t care…” I was just so surprised.I really don’t think a bud tender should have such hostile vibes pure life is definitely still #1 in service and kindness as well as being informed very well also check out perfect union they’re amazing people and way more diverse. Sorry chucks I’ve been being polite every time I come in and she’s the only one that’s not even interested in...

Love this place. So excited Placerville has an adult use facility, no more driving down to Sacramento (or buying in Tahoe....its so expensive!) or trying to renew my medical card regularly to hit the medical dispensaries in the area. Love the vibe...they even maintained the historic feel of the previous business (Chuck's Diner) with the old booths, lights, and original counter and chairs. They've only been open a week and while they had plenty of options, they are asking what the community wants them to carry and will be getting more and more options on the shelf all the time. In my experience they are not pushy, and happy to talk to you about what you are shopping for and why....pain, sleep, anxiety....do you want a buzz or just to mellow out...and while you are there say hi to Cali the lobby dog who greets everyone! Definitely my new go-to spot (and you can get lunch next door at Shoestrings while...
