First of all, I want to say that 5 star rating is B.s. There's no way they have a five star rating. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen. When I went back in in an hour when they told me to. They told me they broke the volume control and tried to blame it on me.. well. I got that fixed in a couple days after that when they finally ordered one I think straight from China because it was nothing but garbage. And so was the screen the screen flashed lightly all the time. If finally blacked out they did replace it after some arguments. And once again blaming me.Remember, I've been in the store quite a bit every customer that came in did the same thing I did. They would not give my receipt for their phone at every single customer was dissatisfied with every single thing they were doing. Believe me, these are not the people you want. Working on anything much like your phone? If you like getting blamed for breaking your phone, because they don't know How to work on them? Then I suggest you go there if you want to be p* off at a store. This is the place to go I guarantee you. They did not get 5 stars on this. They have altered their ratings.. Every customer I saw in there was not happy. How could they possibly get 5 stars? When I've seen 10 customers that were p* good luck. They have less than a 3 star rating on Yelp, which they cannot alter. Google can be altered.And I guarantee the 3 stars that are there. They put there. They could not make a customer happy if their life depended on it. They don't know how and they don't care And I'm assuming by them. Not giving any receipts out to anybody or having any paperwork on anything. The ripping whoever invested it in it off. And certainly not paid...
Read moreAfter 3 years, I dropped my pixel 7 pro and cracked the screen. I loved the phone enough to put the bill for a new screen.
After ordering the screen at the cell phone place, I brought the phone in for the repair the next day. Unfortunately my screen had not arrived but nobody told me before I came to drop it off.
Whenever turn several days later to actually get the repair done, they held on to my phone for 2 days to complete the repair. Once I had my phone, I quickly realized there were further problems. Half of the touch screen did not function properly. They offered to replace the screen with an oem model instead since this one had failed
After again telling me to bring my phone in for repair when they did not yet have the part, they completed the repair on the same day.
In less than a month the phone screen cracked. The problem is I never dropped the phone and it had no impact with anything. I do not know if it was installed improperly, wrong adhesive was used, wrong size was used or wrong mounts. But the screen cracked again
The only offer they made was to charge full price to replace the screen again. I explained it was able to show that the phone had zero impacts and that an oem screen should not crack in this manner. They explained that anything from heat, cold or even common usage could cause a screen to crack and they didn't know what did it. So they would not replace the screen
Would not recommend. Will not go here again. Would not send my worst enemy here.
If you want to have several repairs done on your phone only to not have it done correctly and have them try to charge you again, then this is your place. Otherwise...
Read moreI took my iPhone 13 into this shop because my "up" volume button was stuck. I had tried for a couple of days to clean it and even tried to pry up the stuck button. The young man working there took my phone into room with the door shut behind him. 10 minutes later he brought it out and it was working. I asked him what he did to fix it, but he did not answer me. I asked how much I owed for the fix. He hesitated a long time and then told me "$99.99". My reply was something like: "are you crazy?" It took him less than 10 minutes. So then he makes a phone call and I can hear a woman's voice on the other end. Then he says "$69.99." I again told him I would not pay that much. He makes another phone call to the woman, then comes back says nothing, but types in $49.99 on his credit card device. At that point I just wanted to get out of there.
