We place an online order and arrived at the designated time and the sandwhiches werent ready so we sat asside and waited for them to be made. The sandwhiches were barely toasted and were cold when we got them. The toppings were barely on the sandwhiches and there was barely any sauce was I asked for extra online. Since I saw it was light i asked for two sauces on the side and they filled them 1/4 of the way. When I asked for them to please be filled more the female making our sauces didn't even look up and said with attitude "no". It's the absolute worst customer service I've gotten at a Subway. We loved this place, we went several times a week. We ate at home most of last year. It seems like our favorite place to get a sandwich has gotten too expensive and the help...

My friend and I were being chased by a scary man on a motor scooter, harassing us and catcalling us. This sweet girl welcomed us into the store and allowed us to hide in the back when the man proceeded to follow us inside and bother us. She was so kind and helpful and made my friend a delicious sandwich afterwards. She is such a sweetheart and I am so glad...
