Dollar General — Local services in Plain City

Terrible customer service! I’m surprised this place is still even open.You can’t get through the aisles to even shop at this place. Tried to buy a pair of flip-flops the only pair we could find had no tags so we had to dig through packed bins to find one that was similar (the only difference was that it had flowers on it and not plain black). He scanned it but wouldn’t give us the ones that we wanted without the tags. Seriously they’re just flip-flops-they were the exact same things-one had flowers one was all black I don’t know what difference it makes whether they have a tag as long as you’re scanning the item...

I used to dread having to stop at this dollar general. You couldn’t get through the isles, nothing was organized, you couldn’t find anything on the shelves... Everything was shoved on them and pouring onto the ground. I would usually give up digging and drive to Dublin. Costumer service was non existent. Often felt more like a burden for spending my money there. Since they have hired a NEW MANAGER the store looks AMAZING! They have made so much progress organizing and cleaning. I saw smiles on 2 employees faces for the first time ever. Serious PROPS to the new guy for turning this store...

When I first came to this Dollar General I always had amazing customer service from the people that are always there. They're all respectful and awesome, but one person. The new manager that now is at Dollar General is so disrespectful, and rude. Not just towards customers but also towards staff. It's sad to see DG staff treated that way. Get a new manager PC DG a lot of people don't want to go there anymore. To the employees there though you're all awesome. One star because no one should be treated how the new manager...
