Couldn’t more more dissatisfied and disappointed in service here. The girls that work at the front desk are horrendous at customer service, and clearly don’t know how to do their job. I feel like I walked into a salon full of snotty. Teenagers because that’s how they treat you and talk to you.
The manager got annoyed with my complaint and just hung up on me - like a petty child.
They screw up appointments constantly, and then you get charged for it, they don’t communicate amongst each other and the manager of the salon is the most rude person I’ve ever met.
I’ve been going here for 2 years and there always seems to be an issue with scheduling or a botched haircut.
DO NOT go here. I made an appointment to get my hair colored and the day before my appointment the transmission went out on my car so I called to cancel my appointment. I never cancel appointments. I always show up for my appointments. But unfortunately, unfortunately this situation was a little out of my control.
The girl at the counter said that she would not charge me a fee for cancellation because it was matters outside of my control. I called 23 hours in advance to cancel, I missed the 24 hour window by one hour. The girl on the phone said she wouldn’t charge me and did anyways, but nobody told me that they were going to. If knew they were going to charge me would’ve taken a bus to try to get to my appointment, but I felt that trying to find a car for myself was more important.
Regardless, don’t lie to your customers and say you’re not gonna charge them and then do it anyways. I talked to the manager and then she accused me of lying and called me a liar and said I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do for you.
The salon scheduled me for an appointment in March that I never made. Then when I no showed, they tried to charge me for it.
I understand that stylists need to make money, But you also don’t treat your clients like this either. You don’t call them a liar. You don’t charge them fees for a mistake that you made.
Don’t waste your money here, and just go to a more professional salon with skilled stylists. Because this isn’t the place...
Read moreI started with extremely long hair, all the way down my back. I donated it to Wigs4Kids at the Locks4Rock event, and had a free cut and style done there. But I was NOT happy. I had a lot of compliments but my hair kept touching my face and it drove me crazy. Enter Liz, stage Scooter's. I saw little notes stuck to the window of the coffee shop when I was getting my dose of caffeine one morning, and made note. I checked out her Instagram pictures, and was thrilled to find out one of my favorite coffee providers was also a recent graduate of the J Aveda Institute. So we arranged for an appointment on Saturday afternoon. The salon is clean and cozy, I had no wait. Liz is a "new baby stylist" having just graduated in January. But she is incredibly talented! The highlights are perfect! She asks all the right questions, and made sure to get my input along the way. She verified where my part was before starting (makes a huge difference). She was happy to chat or not depending on my feedback. And most importantly, I am THRILLED with the results! I got compliments on it and even better, not one person told me "You look younger." (I'm almost 49, I don't want to look younger.) So if you're good with a new stylist who might take a little longer as she gets her technique down, but will absolutely listen to what you want and not do the same thing they've been doing forever, I absolutely recommend Liz! I'm looking forward to sending the rest of my family...
Read moreThe prior client was going to be “10 minutes” late so I received a phone call from Karla 10 minutes prior to my appointment telling me this. I arrived 27 minutes after my scheduled appointment and Karla yelled from her chair where she was still with the previous client asking if I wanted to go get a coffee. Apparently she was not going to be finished anytime soon. I just left, why should I have to wait because that client was late. Very unprofessional, then she couldn’t even come to the counter to greet me and explain face to face but just yelled from around the wall at her chair. I won’t be back. Apparently that client’s time is more valuable then my time. Bad business Karla and Fusion Salon in...
