Not at all pleased with my experience today. Tried 4 times to place my order online in order to get the offer BOGO and the order would not complete, kept getting an error message: Cannot read property update??? And the store would not honor the offer, even when I showed the order I TRIED to place on my cell. AND this is my second experience with this problem. The employee even admitted "people do have problems placing these online sometimes." You folks need to make your site more user friendly. Read moreWe went to this Subway around 2:30PM. The yound girl working was very awkward. She was flinging the meat and veggies around and was careless about making me and my husband's subs. Nothing was evened out. Didnt say hi when we walked in. It was just weird and she kept starring awkwardly at the wall. Lol... Not sure if she was on something or what... but never again will we go there. We didnt even end up eating our subs because they were a sloppy mess. I wouldn't reccomend this Subway at all. Which os a shame because its so nice. I've been here a few times and its very slow and not great customer service....

When you bring coupons in, the employees sigh and get frustrated with the system. Totally unprofessional environment and certainly not very welcoming.
Would highly recommend skipping this subway and going to a different location. This comes as a disappointment considering it’s the closest and most convenient one but I would drive the extra 5 minutes to go to a different one... or even the gas station location...
