If I could leave no stars,I would. We ordered $45 worth of food today. And tipped on carry out. When we opened our food after getting it home we saw it was incorrect. 3 DIFFERENT combo plates had been ordered and we received 2 of the same ones. When I called up to the restaraunt the same girl who took my order spoke with me. After I stated the food was incorrect they proceeding to tell me the sauce for the 2 DIFFERENT dishes was the "same" but one should have orange peels in it (orange chicken) as you can see the 2 SAME dishes in the attached photo, neither had a SLIVER of an orange peel. I stated I very regularly order both these plates here (orange chicken and general tso) and this was not correct. I asked for a refund on ONE of the incorrect dishes. We have a family ready to eat lunch, not drive in circles back the restaraunt to address it. After 5 minutes of the management/employees arguing/yelling back and forth about the situation I asked for them to get this handled as I did not need to sit on the phone listening to them yell. not professional whatsoever. I then was told if I wanted to bring both dishes back they would be remade but I wouldnt not be refunded. I stated so no one there is willing to correct my issue outside of me having to sit in the ohone for 10 minites, qnd make a second trip to the restaraunt just to be "taken care of" by CLEARLY disgruntled employees No thank you. No 1 you just lost 2 very regular,local customers. Customers who also REFER your local restaraunt TO MANY in the community and those visting. Like our family today. They advertise Buffett yet once you go inside you'll find nothing of the sort. I was really upset with our serving sizes as well especially compared to all other Chinese restaurants I have been to. I love Chinese food so am very familiar with what is acceptable. They didn't even give us half court size portions during dinner time and prices. When I complained to Waiter he went into the back and was yelling for at least five minutes. Then what I assumed to possibly be his mother or boss came out and began to explain I knew it wasn't Buffett when I walked in and say other things that I never even said to Waiter. I told her I was still hungry and normally have leftovers when I get dinner at Chinese restaurant and that I didn't think they should have buffet on sign if they never even do buffet and at very least give normal portions because when people walk into what they believe us a buffet it's because they are hungry and or want a variety of food. She used COVID and inflammation as excuse. "The Wok" on Alpine Ave did great during Covid and still is doing Awesome. Their food is much better as well and worth the little extra money especially since they give court and half Court portions like they should. I stopped here for takeout after a trip. I picked this place because of the 4.4 star reviews, my son had chicken fried rice and he liked it.

I ate the crab rangoons; they were nothing special, but nothing wrong with them either. The fried dumplings were overcooked and chewy. The food was fresh and hot.

This place is dirty. They say the bathroom will give you a good indication of what happens in the kitchen and the bathroom was filthy. The door knob was so covered in grease that I didn’t want to touch it. The light switches, wall near the light switches and both sides of the door where hands touched it had more hand grease. I’ve never seen it this bad. The bathroom sink had a bucket under it to catch the drips.

The counter area still has the Covid items up, which is not a problem. The problem was that they were plywood and cannot be cleaned and were dirty/greasy.

The person who waited on us was very pleasant.

The dining room is basically a storage room for the restaurant.
