Taco Bell — Restaurant in Plainview

I had the worst experience today. Staff rude and they were so loud tht u can hear all staff plus manager talking about me. I don't see wht the problem was to get my item replaced with wht I ordered. Was supposed to be a beef chulupa but got a cheezy gortita. It was supposed to be 2 boxes with cheezy gortita and 2 beef supreme chulups .We ordered $5 boxes. They would not change my order and wanted me to pay more for my item and waste more money. Just cuz it was a online order. Saying it was our mistake and they weren't gonna fix it. Very poor management with staff and all employees. It was same price we payed don't see wht the problem was... I won't be eating here for a while or even wasting...

Typically, I enjoy this place a lot, but they're pretty bad about screwing up your order. I went there recently and ordered a chalupa, a Doritos logos taco, and some nachos. When I got home, I had two plain tacos, a burrito, and nachos. Not even close to what I ordered. By the time I did get home, taco bell was closed and it was too late to go back and get them to fix it, so I was stuck with what they gave me. I think it all depends on the Employees sometimes they do a Great job & other times they just throw everything in your bag and the hell with it BUT The Managers Should be on top of everything That's their job for the Customers to be happy with their service and especially their food.
