I usually don't leave reviews, but I had a frustrating experience at this location that I feel needs to be shared. I had returned a pair of shoes, and the refund was supposed to be issued to a gift card. Unfortunately, the cashier who handled the returnāSegeduādid not process the transaction correctly, and the gift card was unusable when I tried to use it.
When I called the store to get help, I spoke with a manager named Jessica, whose tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She showed no willingness to help or offer a solution, and frankly, her lack of customer service skills made the situation even more frustrating. Her tone made it seem like I wouldnāt be able to get my money back at all.
Thankfully, when I went into the store in person, I spoke with another manager, Alexa, and she completely turned the experience around. She was kind, patient, FRIENDLY, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
If you ever need help at this location, I strongly recommend asking for Alexa. She was the only one who took ownership and made me feel heard and respected as a customer.
I hope the store leadership takes note of both the lack of proper training in handling gift card returns and the sharp contrast in customer service quality between the managers. Huge thanks to Alexa for restoring some trust...

First the staff is fabulous- Timothy the manager was fantastic helping me exchange an item for store credit (I had the receipt & tags were still on) and he was also super helpful on the sales floor when he overheard a conversation between my friend and I about a price discrepancy about a price difference on a XS vs M item. He scanned it and sure enough it was the lower price and I appreciate his accommodation! I did find one item of clothing that had an issue on the sales floor and I turned that into the front desk and they accepted it without hesitation. I did find the COOLEST pair of winter shoes that rang up lower than the marked price and everyone knows I LOVE a good surprise deal. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised by the organization of the store, it was very clean and it was a pleasant shopping experience all around. Music comes off & on blaring then completely off for my time in the store. Lighting is dim. Employees are still gathered together ignoring customers in the store. Im being cut off by other employees coming in to their shift in the isle. No excuse meās, no help. I find an item - says additional 25% off. I go to pay. Itās not. I have to know to find a tiny number at the bottom of the price tag that will tell me if itās really 25% off.
