Our experience with this company was not good. I called a few days before the party to confirm the party, since I had not heard from anyone, plus I had to add ages of guests that would be there. I spoke to Dave on the phone and after confirming the party I proceeded to try to add the ages of guests but Dave just said "Thank you" and hung up. I was not happy and called back and complained that it was poor customer service to hang up before someone is finished talking. Then when the day of the party came the two gaming coaches, one of them being Dave, acted like they didn't even want to be here. The party guests and the birthday boy seemed to have a good time but my son, the birthday boy, left money he received for his birthday on the trailer. I called the gaming coaches shortly after they left and left a message letting them know. It has now been over 24 hours and I have called several other times and no answer, no return phone call even after leaving additional messages. When you have a business that you want to have returning customers then you should have honesty and good customer service along with many other things. But this company does not have honesty or good customer service and I will not...

Excellent experience all the way around. Thanks so much to Dave, Gayle and Cory for making my son's birthday party a blast. They arrived early, and they had the games we pre-selected ready to go before the party even started. They helped the guests as needed, explained how the different gaming systems worked, and even played along as needed. Of course, for the kids who didn't need any help, they stayed out of the way. :) Everyone from age 5 to 45 had a blast and they are still talking about it days afterward.

Purchased a gaming party at a school auction. We did let it lapse for a year as my son wasn't ready for gaming party and in my experience, most vendors have been super nice about extending deadlines. When I called to see if they would honor it, person I spoke with wasn't even nice about it. "I don't even know why you'd ask that...I don't even know why we would have donated to that school."
