I had been suffering from terrible back, neck, and shoulder pain for about six weeks before I discovered Relax Myora. I was losing sleep, which meant I wasn't recovering properly from my workout at the gym. I really don't know how many more nights of sleep I could have lost, but I was about to go crazy. I tried everything.. Thera gun, foam rolling, trigger point therapy, needling, chiropractor, deep, stretching, but nothing helped with the pain and inflammation. With just one session at Relax Myora I felt an initial relief I hadn't felt in such a long time. I had some deep-tissue work and some assisted stretches that really got me the results my body needed. Gina was fantastic! After about 24 hours, my shoulder had much more range of motion, my neck pain was all but gone, and my back loosened up, allowing everything to relax as I began to heal the area. After 48 hours, almost all of the pain from the inflammation had disappeared. My sleep got better which means my attitude got better which means my days got better and I owe it all to the wonderful people at Relax Myora. On top of that, everyone I met who worked there was wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating to make sure I had the maximum amount of time to relax and enjoy my session. Since I saw great reviews from this place, I decided to made an appointment for 90 mins couple massage for my anniversary (regular deep tissue for my husband and prenatal massage for myself). When I made the appointment, the person on the phone asked me how many weeks will I be so they know it’s a prenatal massage. When we got in the room, nothing was ready on my side for the prenatal massage. She wanted me to lay on my stomach and I was like “no…I’m pregnant”. Both ladies couldn’t speak English and kept saying “No, try it”. And I kept repeating myself “no, I’m pregnant”. Later one of the ladies took out the prop to support my stomach. I was laying on it but it was very uncomfortable after 30 mins. After she massaged my shoulder for 30 mins and I had to tell her to stop. I went to the waiting room and just waited for my husband there. The receptionist was pretty nice and offered other positions I can try to make it more comfortable but at that point I was so done with it.

Overall, it wasn’t the vibe for me. Originally I wanted something special for our anniversary like a fancy spa type….with ropes, drinks, and essential oil in the room. None of that at this spa. The room I was in was pretty hot and stuffy. Overall this is a Chinese spa / it’s a clean and nicer looking than the typical Chinese massage place though. I get massages regularly and recently decided I'd get them on Sundays to prepare for the upcoming week. With it being my birthday week I decided to try Relax Myora and purchase the Pamper Package. Sunday when I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly & attentive. Lilian was my massage therapist & she did an excellent job. The problem is that throughout the massage all I could hear was intense moaning and loud conversation between the therapist and client in another room. It was so bad that my therapist apologized for it. The noise would go away & then was right back. It was talking, moaning, silence, MOANING, TALKING MOANING, MOANING, silence, Talking, repeat, until finally I heard the cries of a baby. Needless to say I could never fully relax & rolled my eyes numerous times during my service. At checkout I informed the front desk after they asked about my experience, that this was not the type of service I'd expect when getting a massage, especially one that cost over $200. Come to find out they have a lady that comes in for service for some sort of injury or something & this is the norm. As far as the baby goes this was the owners baby who was there. The owner was sitting at the front during my checkout & did take $20 off my total & give me a $10 gift card to return.
