9.5/10 highly recommended! Seriously the food is amazing. I came here for brunch with a friend on a Saturday & I’m so glad I did!
Here’s everything I ordered for brunch:
1️⃣ Dubai Chocolate Pancakes - Rich, chocolate-flavored pancakes topped with Nutella and pistachio spread $19
😍 Amazing 10/10 it was sweet and soft but had a bit of a crunchy element that really surprised me and was so so good!
2️⃣ Strawberry Banana French Toast -Topped with fresh strawberries, banana slices, powder sugar and whipped cream $14
😍 Really Tasty 8/10 you can’t really go wrong with French toast then you add strawberries and bananas? Really tasty!
3️⃣ B.G.S - Biscuits, Gravy and Sausage, served with two Eggs your way and hashbrown $14
😍 Yummy 8/10. I’m not a biscuits and gravy kind of girl but my friend ordered it and I tasted it and it was sooo good. The biscuits were perfect and the gravy was seasoned to perfection.
4️⃣ Mushroom Swiss Burger - Juicy beef patty with sautéed onion & mushrooms and Swiss cheese $15.
😃 Didn’t love but earned a 6/10. I’d recommend ordering it cooked medium because it was a bit overcooked and lacking flavor but the toppings were nice and fresh.
5️⃣ Machaca Skillet - Shredded beef or Chicken, three eggs, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, tortilla chips, cheddar cheese. $16
😍 Literally SO good 10/10. This was my personal favorite right after the Dubai pancakes. Savory, fresh, and everything I could ask for. The hash browns were cooked perfectly, too!
And their fresh squeezed orange juice?! Soooo good!
This place in Frisco is worth the drive! I’ll be coming back to try their…

Read moreMy girlfriend and I stopped in at Skillet Flame and honestly, it blew us away. We split the Mushroom & Swiss Burger, and it was incredible. Juicy beef, perfectly melted Swiss, and mushrooms cooked just right. But the fries deserve their own shoutout. They’re kind of like wedge fries but curved and twisty, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Absolutely addictive.
I also had the Steak Skillet Omelette, and it was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The steak was super tender, the omelette itself was huge and hearty, and the hashbrowns were cooked to golden perfection. It came with a biscuit that tasted straight out of a home kitchen. Buttery, fluffy, and comforting.
Our waitress, Liz, was amazing. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Service like that makes a great meal even better.
The owner even came out to check on us, and when we told him how good the fries were, he went back to the kitchen and brought us another round, fresh and hot. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare.
The spot itself is great, right on the corner of Independence and 121. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and a cozy atmosphere. We almost don’t want to tell too many people because this place feels like one of Frisco’s best-kept secrets.

Read moreI came in with my wife and two kids this morning, looking forward to a nice family breakfast. From the moment we sat down, everything was wonderful. The food was excellent, and the service was just as amazing. My server Aileen took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by something completely unacceptable. In the middle of our meal, the manager began loudly yelling at my server in front of the entire dining room. Guests could clearly hear it, and it created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere for everyone. Whatever mistake may have occurred, it never justifies that kind of treatment. As someone who has worked in the service industry and retail for over 15 years and currently manage a store myself I can say with full confidence that I would never scream at an employee in front of guests. Respect and professionalism go hand in hand with leadership, and what I witnessed today was the exact opposite. In any company I’ve worked for, this type of behavior would never fly under HR, and I sincerely hope this organization takes it seriously. I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to. It’s a shame, because the food and service were top-notch, but the behavior of management overshadowed what should have been a positive...
