DON'T ORDER ONLINE ON SUNDAY NIGHTS!
I've ordered online from this location several times. Of the past 3 times, two in the past 3 weeks have been on Sunday night. Every time there has been an issue upon pick-up where my order is not ready and the guy working claims the machine isn't working or he didn't get the order. I've only ever had an issue when this one employee is working. He makes you pull up the email receipt and then claims we need to pay again because we "didn't pay him" even though I literally show him where it's been charged to my card AND the payment confirmation number on the email. Then he claims we didn't order to the correct store, so I show him the address and he acts like he doesn't know the address he is working at.
Once he finally agrees to make the order, he doesn't understand when we explain the way we ordered the sandwiches and gets upset. He told my fiance to calm down that he is "only human too" when he tried to repeat the order for the 3rd or 4th time. I'm not sure what's going on, but someone needs to properly train this employee on the online order machine because this is getting ridiculous.
You also can never get through on the phone as it is always a busy signal. I'm pretty sure they take the phone off so they don't have to take...
Read moreFood is always OK. Just this time service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Looked like no managers were present just to high school age kids that did not know what they were doing. Each one had to ask the other how to do something. I was really tempted to go off and tell them to hurry the beat up or I am walking out. Then I thought, what if that was me what I want a customer talking to me that way so I kept my cool and my mouth shut. I don’t think there was a manager present, I am used to that location being quite a bit faster than it was today. Honestly these kids look like they were in high school. So to summarize, very slow, unprofessional and Unattempted. I’ve ran businesses before and kids like that would not last a week better yet a month in my business. I would have said you are not showing a willingness to learn and you are purposely making the customer wait longer than they should. I don’t think this is a good fit for you. Turn in your uniform, you’re done. This would be if it were me running that subway. Those Kids are unprofessional, if I go back into that subway and those kids are running it. I am just walking out. Read moreUPDATE: I think a problem with online orders is the app. Because when I went to pick up my sandwich, it had only been about maybe 30 minutes but it felt like it was done way before just because it wasn’t as warm which means it was sitting there just for a little bit & the app never updated me on the progress of making the sandwich it still says delivered. It says nothing about being made. And I’ve already picked it up. the app needs to be fixed. Employee on 7/3/23 was very nice
Don’t order online if you are in a hurry. Night time seems to be the slowest and longest for them to make your sandwich. They don’t pay attention to online orders.the first time I used online order they hadn’t made it and I waited and waited while they made others sandwiches. What’s the point of online ordering if they aren’t going to pay attention. Gos forbid you even try to deliver. I can’t imagine how long that would take. Understaffed but employees are nice that I have come into contact with. However they don’t seem happy...
