Raising Cane's Dallas-Area Support Office — Local services in Plano

In regards to the Raising Cane's located at 3890 Preston Road, Frisco, TX 75034. The majority of the staff are SUPERB as I have visited this location consistently over the past 3 years. Today, I ordered a Kids Meal with extra crispy tenders/fries. My order was not correct so I contacted the location back requesting to speak with the Mgr on Duty which was Bella. Bella was very rude and condescending not trying to solve my issue asking if I had a receipt. I explained that I threw the bag in the trash. I even stated to Bella I would return back to the location immediately since it's only 3 mins away from my home and assured her the person who took my order would remember me. Bella stated she would not assist me if I did not have a receipt. I contacted Coporate to speak with Kim in Customer Relations and she was very kind and apologized for the behavior and also offer to compensate me for my displeasure.

I have never had this kind of service before at Raising Cane's and one bad seed can surely contaminate the whole bunch so please address this issue and train Bella in Customer Service as it gives this location a...

I went to the location on Illinois in Dallas on Sunday May 22nd and got 1 ..3 piece meal and 1..6 piece meal. I could smell a grease smell on the chicken but hubs and I decided to eat. At 12 o clock at nite I was up puking and on the toilet like non stop. With the price of food and just being a place of business that sells food ..your this company is not making sure to change their grease once used. I have been having this stomach ache for hours as it still continues. I will never ever eat at this restaurant or any other location. EVER! That is unacceptable. I called the location this morning and told someone who says he was the manager to change that grease and the corporate office sent me to a voicemail. It seems like this is the new 2022 style of Business . What I do know is they will never get my coins again. Not worth it at all. Yall need to get real managers and get those kids out of there. Real talk..this place and many other fast food location..need to do better..and do I think...

Cleburne Tx not sure if this is the right office but you can forward review. Spent 16 dollars on one meal got 6 TINY, HARD and COLD Tenders plus the Fries were just as cold. From every other experience I've had at Canes has been Great all the way up to last minute closing we got fresh HOT TENDERS and Fries. Second time in Cleburne we have had horrible food. Giving it a second chance but it didn't differ from first time. Might need Manager check and hope...
