Great selection of leather furniture and decor. Matt helped us with choice of leather with so many grades of leather to choose from and colors on January 26, 2019. So we got part of our furniture exactly 8 weeks. Delivery was NOT painless we called Monday, Thursday and Saturday the day of delivery since we hadn't heard from the delivery people. We ordered an ottoman and haven't received it yet. The chair we ordered a swivel/glider base and it came with a regular base so have to wait on that and not sure how long. Maybe another 8 weeks for the ottoman as they told us they thought it was a duplicate order. Now the couch and loveseat springs squeak when sitting on them after two days. Guess they think after broken in the noise will go away. The leather technician said they would have to fix from top of couch, so the couch will be disassembled which could take a whole day. Furniture delivered on March 16, swivel base came in April 23 and installed May 3, still no ottoman and hasn't even been started yet. At this point, can't say spending 8k is any better than purchasing from LaZ-Boy. We did get the warranty, but not sure if that will help us out or not. Bad situation on more than one account. Hopefully we will get things corrected. Marty acted like it wasn't a big deal, but he was not the one paying for the furniture nor inconvenience and he is the manager! Really disappointing. Should have read the BBB complaints!!!! So they picked up our love seat and couch to try and fix the springs after 8 weeks on May 17, 2019 and called May 7, 2019 finally stating they are making our ottoman. Nothing like customer service from this place. It sucks!! No telling how long we have to wait to get it back. We ordered a swivel glider chair and now they tell us they sold us something they can't deliver. Waiting for just one thing to be right with this company after 5 months. Got our sofa and loveseat back and no noise on May 31st, maybe things are getting better!! Update, after 5 years we are looking for new furniture. The leather is still good. I absolutely love Texas Leather Interiors in Plano! The furniture is beautiful, top quality, and many designs in which to choose. They specialize in custom designing as well. Huge inventory of furniture and accessories. Not to mention, my salesperson, Marty Feldman was AMAZING!! I purchased an absolutely beautiful black leather sectional with chrome legs. I've gotten many compliments- Even from the guys who delivered it! Before going to Texas Leather Interiors, I had purchased and received a leather sectional from another vender, of which leather WAS NOT their specialty! After receiving the merchandise, I immediately realized, it was not quality leather! I then called the vender to return the item- and was given many excuses as to why I could not return the item for a refund. I decided to go to Leather Interiors. I was greeted by Marty. After explaining the situation to him concerning the undesirable leather purchase I had previously made, Marty and I called the vender together. Long story short- I was able to return the merchandise and was given a full refund!!

Customer service at Texas Leather Furniture in Frisco is top notch. Marty helped my fiancé and I pick out a beautiful piece of furniture. Reluctant as I was to incorporate a recliner (or "Man Chair" as I refer to it) in our home, the furniture selection and quality made my decision easy. The chair arrived and was high quality and very comfortable. Unfortunately the leather selection I made in the store did not coordinate with the other items in my home. I actually thought the wrong leather was installed on the chair. I realized after meeting with Marty that it was in fact the one I chose. Marty worked a plan out to replace the chair with the color that better fit... He told us that he wanted us to be happy with the furniture.
