My son ordered a half ham and cheese sandwich. Then I decided to order the same sandwich to get the whole sandwich price. The employee made the half sandwiches together. Then the cashier was charging to two half sandwiches. I said no please charge me for a full sandwich. She said no then proceeded to throw the two half sandwiches in the garbage. She then made a full ham and cheese sandwich and sliced it in half. I asked her what was the difference with the two halves that she threw in the garbage. She said nothing, it’s company policy!! I ordered two foot-longs subs seperately so I could get what I can get and my husband can get what he likes in his sub. So while ordering I specifically said NO olives in my foot long sub and olives on the other sub. I have the order history to confirm. But they put olives in both of the foot longs. Great, friendly service. I know it's a hit-or-miss with service these days, but we received excellent service from the two gentlemen working there this Friday afternoon. The gentleman making our sub greeted us kindly, happily took our order, made the sandwich with care and answered our questions without hesitation. I'll have to get their names next time (a habit I need to learn).
