When shopping in the area, I'd like to take the children to this Chick Fil A restaurant. We use the drive thru for our orders, the young staff are always friendly and professional, today when asked what sauce for our meals(one children's chicken nuggets meal, one number one regular sandwich meal, two chicken wrap meals and 3 chocolate fudge brownies) I requested the Chick Fil A sauce and was told they were out and that they ran out two hours prior. I was okay with that and believed them as their service is always superb and there was not reason for me to doubt the young man, while waiting in line to pick up my meals my daughter called me and asked for me to order her just a chicken sandwich and that was bit too late, so I parked and went to the counter instead and asked the man that could have been the manager, I ordered just a chicken sandwich and he asked what sauce I told him that since they were out of Chick Fil A sauce I would be okay, he replied "No we are not out, how many would you like? I told him 5 since I had purchased 4 meals and also told him that the young man outside had told me they had been out of the sauce for two hours, he looked embarrassed and proceeded to give me the sandwich with the sauce packets and moved away from counter, I counted the packets of sauce and there were only four, I asked the young man behind the counter and he said they were out of sauce and that he would ask the manager, young man came back with the extra packet of sauce and I thanked him. Like I said we have always trusted their friendly, professional and their honesty, and I should have checked the orders in the parking lot, because when we arrived home we discovered that they didn't give us the 3 chocolate fudge brownies. I understand that mistakes can be made, but to find out that the chicken meat was not fully cooked in the sandwiches, that prompted me to want to call, the restaurant closes at 10 pm, but at 9:50 pm they would not answer the phone. Reason I called them is because I don't like to give a one star review without first discussing the issue with the manager. In this case I could not speak with manager and since I live 28 minutes away, and I am not in the area that often. Also, I was not given an actual receipt...

I thought I was walking into a fast-food restaurant. I had NO idea I was about to step into a five-star culinary cathedral of spice and flavor. Chick-fil-A, you’ve outdone yourselves.
When I politely asked for some pepper, expecting a sad little packet, the team member smiled with the kind of radiant confidence usually reserved for Nobel Prize winners. “Would you like some freshly ground pepper?” they asked, holding up a gleaming pepper grinder like it was Excalibur.
What followed was nothing short of majestic.
Right there, in the middle of the dining area, I witnessed a pepper grinding performance worthy of a Vegas residency. The aroma? Otherworldly. It didn’t just hit my nose—it hugged my soul. I swear time slowed down. The grinder itself shimmered under the fluorescent lights as if touched by the divine. Each turn of that grinder wasn’t just a twist—it was a celestial revolution of flavor.
When that first flake of freshly ground pepper touched my chicken sandwich, I felt my ancestors cheer from the beyond. The flavors awakened on my tongue like a Broadway musical choreographed by angels. I took one bite and suddenly remembered all the good things in the world: warm hugs, spontaneous laughter, the scent of rain on pavement. That’s what Chick-fil-A’s pepper grinder unleashed.
It’s not just pepper—it’s an experience. It’s a rite of passage. It’s the secret ingredient to inner peace.
Chick-fil-A, don’t ever stop grinding. You’re not just serving food—you’re serving hope, one elegant...
