had been going to this barbershop for almost a year. It’s a great barbershop — respectful and attentive staff. As a cancer patient, I have good and bad days. One day, I told Lalo (the barber) that I wasn’t completely happy with the haircut. He fixed it with no problem. The last time I went, I simply mentioned that he had cut a bit too much hair — nothing serious, hair grows back.

But when I returned for my next haircut, he told me he wouldn’t cut my hair anymore. I find that to be extremely unprofessional and a lack of ethics. Still kind of new to the area and finding a barber for my son is hard. His edge can be tricky so he doesn't like getting a fresh cut. I found this place off tiktok&liked what they did in the community. We walked in and was greeted by pretty much everyone. We were immediately serviced even though it was a walk in. The place was clean. Q asked how I wanted my son's hair. I didn't understand the numbers so he patient with me&kept asking how I like it. I wanted it shorter&he did just that! He even out a warm steamy towel on my son's face. He took his time with my son&my son walked out feeling&looking good. He asked if this could be his new place. I'm one happy mama....

Went here recently and cut was horrible. I asked the Guy for a Nas part and the guy put a part that still confused me in a section of my head that didnt make since. Edge up was crooked and all. Gordo you suck and need to go back to school asap. I still paid and tipped and just left. The damage was already done....
