I WAS a very loyal customer. I loved this place before the it started to change. In a previous experience the girls working were very rude. They didn’t pay attention to the order the guest came in. The girls hair was dripping into the other ice creams when they reached down which is very unsanitary. They workers couldn’t get off their phones to pay attention if customers were paying, after the customers clearly just paid. Also I just tried to get into this place at 8:39 and the workers didn’t let us in because they were “closed” when they clearly close at 9. I was just trying to get one item and they still...

Posting to say I do love all the recipes and the flavor of the ice cream and other snacks. But honestly the service is HORRIBLE and sometimes knowing that the service is horrible makes me not even want to step foot in there. The girls all look miserable working there and treat you like an inconvenience to them, they definitely need a better training in customer service. Evening a small thing like greeting a customer when they come in goes along way. I always love going for a treat but am off put by the workers and I know I am not alone. Management definitely needs to have a conversation...

Sadly disappointing. Based on the pics and reviews, I planned this stop along my route and to say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement.

Nothing special here. It was simply ice cream with toppings in a tiny paper cup for which I paid $6; and I was really looking forward to one of those decadent deserts they advertise on Google.

If not for the cheerful and friendly employee, I would've given it a single star. No joke!

PS - based on other reviews, I feel like I was in a completely different shop but it is the same...
