#CONSUMERS BE AWARE # #RASICT #NEGATIVE ZERO RATING #POOR SERVICE #DIRTY DINER #ARROGANT& RUDE #OVER PRICED #VERBALLY ABUSIVE This restaurant is ran by the most rude disrespectful. Unworthy of the community hard-earned money, they are entitled. They do not care for the consumer. They are dirty. They steal from the consumer. They make up prices. They do not accommodate. They feel as if they are a favor to us when without our money. They will be nothing. I feel cheated and very disrespected. The place looked at dirty. The food possibly would have been good if she gave me the right order. The lady is very argumentative disrespectful, nasty and is a poor representation of what customer service should be .And came off as a racist. She was Busy being rude.She completely ruined my order to the point where I had to ask for a refund.I asked for her to place my items separately That way, the items were not soggy.She informed me that she did not want to and would not do it without charging me.Additional money even though it was the same amount of food.. Instead of fixing the problem she requested it out.Did not come back.She also stated that there was surveillance cameras And the building which would be good on my be.Half to show how disrespectful and distasteful.And how poor the customer service was and in factually of the matter that they price gouge. I feel like this restaurant should be boycotted.Because it is not for the consumer. The service was a negative 0.The environment was outdated and wildered.The prices were unreasonable.The lady is combative and angry.And if you and or your family frequent the place please be alarmed that there are angry servers. I was given garlic chicken and Fried Rice with some type of red sauce. I suffer from GERD gastro esophagus reflex disorder. I would never ask for something that would cause me to become ill..I have never asked for garlic. I do not eat garlic. She forced the plate stating that. I asked for it, but there is no way. I would ever mention garlic in english or anything that is acidic. NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY.. I am also taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau.I want everyone to know that the consumer is what makes a business...

I have liked everything 1 I have ever ate at. this one is the disgusting one I have ever ate at the food was horrible. I took one bite of my broccoli and brown sauce which is my favorite thing and I thought it tasted very gross but I decided to take one more bite just to make sure and I could not eat it. It was absolutely disgusting. It tasted sour. I don’t even know what was wrong with it, but it tasted very gross and I wonder that when you order and they ask you how much you wanna leave for a tip before you even get the food mind you, and you say no do they see that and then end up doing something to your food because you didn’t tip them because not to mention, the lady was extremely rude and I did not feel like they wanted me to order food from them, but I don’t feel like I should have to tip somebody unless you’re doing something special for me and you’re working really hard to do something for me and meeting my needs and you do a great job of it then yes I’ll tip but you’re not doing anything special for me and the food was absolutely horrible and I wonder did they do that on purpose because I did not leave a tip I’ll never eat there again ever and probably any other ones either. I just moved to the area, but I’m sure I’ll find another Chinese food place that’s good...

I really love this place. Really reminds me of the Cantonese places you'd find in New York, small hole-in-the-wall restaurants. If you're expecting that nonsense southern hospitality then you probably should try Panda Express. The food here is amazing because it's made extremely well and it never disappoints, unlike a lot of southern (or Japanese run) places that dump way too much brown sugar and make everything too sweet. This place has a great balance in their flavor profile.

Your staple dishes like general tsos, eggrolls, dumplings and spare ribs will be great and I personally love their fried rice. Always comes out moist and delicious with generous amounts of pork in it. Overall, when I want Chinese food in Plant City I'm always ordering here, either in person or...
